Please don't use this estate agent once signed your paperwork locked solely in for 20 weeks, in there terms and conditions they stick to nothing they failed to communicate with us,twice in 18 weeks. They over value your property to get your signatures then do obsoletely nothing for you.They fail to answer your calls because they know its you then don't bother to return your calls either. If I could mark this estate agent with 0 stars I would.

As someone who is new to the UK and hence, Lincoln, the idea of finding a perfect place to live is quite daunting. I met Jake Clapham to view a property. I was already running a bit late but he was extremely understanding of my situation. He showed me the property and answered my questions. But the most important thing I liked about him was that he never pressured me into making a decision. He gave me the time to think and I wasn't overwhelmed with having to make a decision on the spot. Hence, while I decided not to rent the property since I was looking for something cheaper, he understood my situation and assured me that he will keep looking for more suitable options for me.

For the first time in many many years I needed to rent a property, not only in an area that was completely unknown to me, but using agents that I had no previous experience of. Hence I opted to drop into the offices of as many agencies in Lincoln that I could practically manage, to introduce myself, explain my needs and to get a feel for what properties they were currently advertising and also those they hope to have available in the near future. I spread my search widely and called into 8 agencies and was particularly satisfied with the greeting, time and information I was provided with by 3 agencies. These 3 were particularly realistic and reassuring, providing a sensible amount of information in response to my questions and also very useful guidance on aspects that I had not specifically requested but which was very relevant to improving my chances of locating and being offered the lease of a suitable property. It so happened Haart Estate Agents (which was one of the 3 very best agencies) had a property available that I had initially discounted, however Daniel highlighted aspects that on reflection possibly would match my requirements and offered a viewing at short notice later that afternoon. I am very pleased to report that within 2 weeks of the viewing we have completed referencing and signed off on the lease. This would not have been possible without the professionalism and support provided both by Daniel for the viewing but also Jakub who steered us through the complete process. MUCH APPRECIATED AND VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

When I went to the office I saw Jake I explain my situation to him he was calm and worried about my condition he show concern. While talking to him Ryan step in and start asking me few questions example my budget and how many beds and for how many people I gave all the answers at that point Jake didn't see anything that will be suitable for me on the system so he told me that he will get back to me. We did not purchase through Haarts (as we ended up having a property built )but i have to say the whole experience of registering with them was so easy. We had no idea regarding areas as we are from out of the county but our first contact was with Jay who knew the area so well. Was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable . The only issue I had was when I dealt with the call centre as they did really not know what was happening with the property and I tried to arrange a viewing a week earlier but given the impression the property was no longer available when it was.

Having renovated our property we asked Haart if they would come and give us some advice as to what would be our best course of action. Joshua and colleague Craig arrived promptly, gave the place a thorough once over and then immediately told us their thoughts regarding both selling and letting our property. They left us with information to consider and gave us time to think things over. At no time were we pressured throughout the process.
