Haart did a great job in getting us a good flat in Lincoln, as new immigrants I and my wife found it a bit stressful with time tickling, after several searches. We personally like to acknowledge @Mr. Jake, Oh bless him, he was so professional and kind and made our search easy . That man is great, how would you feel when you see someone interested in your culture, Jake blew us off when he gave some response in our native language (Yoruba), it shows how professional and committed he his to give satisfaction to his client. My name is Jackson ugochukwu obi few weeks back I was in need of accomodation, a friend of mine told me to try haart letting. When I went to the office I saw Jake I explain my situation to him he was calm and worried about my condition he show concern. While talking to him Ryan step in and start asking me few questions example my budget and how many beds and for how many people I gave all the answers at that point Jake didn't see anything that will be suitable for me on the system so he told me that he will get back to me. Next few days he called and told me if am available for a viewing I said yes. He sent me the address when I went there after viewing he ask me if I like it I said yesterday. He said okay. We did not purchase through Haarts (as we ended up having a property built )but i have to say the whole experience of registering with them was so easy. We had no idea regarding areas as we are from out of the county but our first contact was with Jay who knew the area so well. Was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable . He contacted us when suitable properties were available and we never received information on properties that did not fit our specific requirements.

Jay worked closely with us to find us the perfect property. He was patient and understanding with our questions and he focused on our needs, sending us property after property until we found the right one. Whenever we couldn’t get hold of Jay specifically the rest of the office were more than happy to help and we always felt looked after. We’ve had some poor experiences with other Lincoln estate agents but Haart were amazing from start to finish and we will be dealing with them in the future.

Once I got through to the office staff were very helpful and a viewing was arranged easily and quickly. I should mention Molly and Ben who were very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. The only issue I had was when I dealt with the call centre as they did really not know what was happening with the property and I tried to arrange a viewing a week earlier but given the impression the property was no longer available when it was.

I enquired to view a property with haart this week Victoria showed me around and was absolutely amazing. She was straight up and honest about the property with no Pushy sales at all! She also had great knowledge of the market and answered all my questions. Following the viewing Vicky recommended me to speak to Jess Smith about mortgages, she was amazing and helped break everything down. Having renovated our property we asked Haart if they would come and give us some advice as to what would be our best course of action. Joshua and colleague Craig arrived promptly, gave the place a thorough once over and then immediately told us their thoughts regarding both selling and letting our property. They left us with information to consider and gave us time to think things over. At no time were we pressured throughout the process. They were very professional and easy to deal with and we will definitely be working with them in the future after such a positive experience.
