GoogleI'd rather be homeless than have to deal with these exploitative chancers again. Our tenancy was dreadful, never picked up the phone or responded to emails. Repairs and maintenance were never completed in time. Didn't care that the property was mouldy or when the boiler was failing.
Now referred to the property ombudsman as their complaint process is managed by staff just as incompetent as those at the Lincoln office. Moved out months ago but the heat death of the universe will occur before my deposit gets returned.
