Whilst my experience has been bumpy it’s through no fault of Bairstow they have reacted towards solicitor going bust (countrywide solicitor from their own panel), causing delays and problems looking for solutions. Owen is always helpful he really can’t do enough, Hannah chased weekly and Helena the branch manager over saw the completion. The team are always smiling and looking to help. I wish to add don’t expect everything to be in working order - heating was not working when I got the keys for the purchase. Bairstow accept no responsibility! Luckily my bill was not bad but could of been worse.

We were helped by Jade at Bairstow Eves Sales and Lettings throughout our journey of finding us a home here in Lincoln. Even before we found the property we were helped a lot through the various viewings. I have to say the process was very smooth. Once we found the property the application process was very easy and once we were accepted all the process from then to moving-in was very smooth although slightly lengthy (but that is given considering the fact that its all legal documentation etc.). I strongly recommend Jade and her team at BE to anyone looking for a property in Lincoln.

Tenant here- Having moved in with bairstow eves recently , I must say they are very professional and did help me with pretty much everything. Did have a few hiccups (like the property not being clean and having no water meter installed at the property - so the water company had to come in and install it forcing me to take a one day leave from work), but this is still better than the other letting agents. Special thanks to Jade and Oliver who are very responsive . Will update this review once I move out.

Have just put our house back on the market with Bairstow Eves having had a very poor experience with another estate agent. What a totally different experience !! 😁 The whole team have been absolutely amazing from the start - a very professional service. Keshia has been our main contact and she has been amazing 👏😁 Polite, friendly and very professional. I rented a house from them and for over a week I have had no gas and no hot water. I sent them an email, I reported the problem, but they barely respond to my emails. Just because I'm a tenant and not the owner doesn't mean I don't have rights! A very bad agency, my problem is still not solved.

Jayne Dillon, the lady who has dealt with our move has been absolutely wonderful. Always quick to respond to emails and calls, its a big long distance move for us, and with covid we werent able to physically see the property before biting the bullet for it, and Jayne could not have been more helpful if she tried, sending every bit of info on the place, & videos of the property. Finally moved the first of several loads of belongings down, and the house is almost faultless, 1 drippy tap, popped her an email and she got a plumber around the same day to sort it for us. My house sale has been far from straightforward, but the whole team at Bairstow Eves have been very proactive and supportive. Special thanks to Jess, Helena and Owen Update. Whilst my property was on the market, I used Bairstow Eves to rent it out. Some aspects were problematic (tenant related), The agents could not have been more helpful in resolving the issues. A year on from selling the property, some of the problems regarding unpaid bills came back on me. Matthew Fido helped me to get them resolved, a task he did with good humour, professionally and very efficiently. I cannot thank Bairstow Eves and Matthew in particular, enough for their help and support, despite the fact that they were no longer being paid to do so. I cannot recommend their service highly enough.

Bairstow Eves look after my daughter’s rental property in Lincoln. As the previous tenants had given notice, new ones were required. Thanks to Matthew, who was responsible for finding new tenants and setting up the tenancy agreement, everything proceeded quickly and smoothly, an excellent professional service. First class service from Helena Jones and her team in Lincoln who looked after the sale of my daughter’s property. In particular Mia Scruton who throughout the protracted process acted in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. She was in constant contact with us, updating us on how the sale was progressing, which was more than could be said of the solicitors involved. My partner and I have just had our offers accepted on two properties on the same day, Mia did a great job on the sales side of things and Morta was very helpful with mortgage advice, allowing us to demonstrate that we were serious purchasers. Both were very friendly yet also professional and confidence inspiring. Mia kept us regularly updated throughout the negotiations with the vendors, which was reassuring in the current, fast paced, market where many people are chasing the same houses. Firstly, Helena came to discuss the sale of our property and we found her very well informed and incredibly professional. She knew exactly how to market our property and we asked her to proceed. Within 2 hours of our house going live, we received a viewing request and within a few days, we had 3 viewings and 3 offers. Our sale was then dealt with by Owen. What a great guy, young but very knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm and professionalism. Sadly, our sale fell through but Owen arranged another 2 viewings and within 24 hours of losing our sale, we had re-sold with another 2 offers, we have now exchanged. A joy to deal with! Stephanie was totally professional from the start and has kept us informed all the way to date. Mia kept the information flow going and great communication from all fronts. They are very knowledgeable about the area, local villages etc. as we do not know the area.
