Very professional and efficient estate agent. I sold my house with them and the whole transaction was so smooth and completed within 3 Months. In particular Fabion was amazing. Very poor experience with the purchase of a property through Bairstow Eves Lincoln. Only provided reactive service with the sale process, constant chasing and no proactivity or forward thinking from the management. The manager did nothing but worsen any issues rather than resolve them - would not recommend. The only reason this is a 2 star review and not a 1 is because Keshia was particularly nice and did try her best at all times.

I have recently moved to the area and I used Bairstow Eves to find a rental property. The team have been really helpful during this time. Jayne was my initial contact and was helpful with the process and paperwork. The team were always contactable by phone and Oliver was exceptional in providing additional help and support to make me feel comfortable and confident about the move. There have been some usual teething problems but the team made the whole process swift and smooth and I am very thankful to them. Perfect for what I have needed.

I contacted Samantha Mummery at the Lincoln Branch to request clarification to aspects of my August 2023 Lettings and management statement for one of my properties.I was a bit unhappy as evident in my challenges but Samantha was very professional and calm ,listened to all my challenges and stated she would get support from her Manager and come back with a response .After a few hours on same day, Samantha called and positively responded to all the challenges I had and delivered much more than I was expecting.I thank Samantha for her excellent customer service.

Hannah is handling our sales negotiations and has always been quick to reply to any queries we have had and kept us updated at each step in the process. My review is from a property maintenance perspective. I have been dealing with Izzy Anthony about a few repairs and she has been absolutely brilliant from start to end. Super speedy to reply, always very profession and friendly and goes above and beyond to get things done. Izzy arranged for a contractor to come out to look at my Patio doors and Ryan was brilliant. Again he was very professional and polite but really friendly and chatty and made me feel really at ease. He explained everything he was doing and made a huge effort to get the issue resolved on site rather than arrange another visit. Brilliant customer service all round. Thank you!

My sale wasn’t straight forward as other factors needed to be considered. I approached Helena, the manager, who came out to discuss the issues but she was more than happy to take on board listing my property. She was very thorough and also (which is a first in all the estate agents I’ve dealt with in the past) had her staff come to the property prior to listing to be shown around! I believe this was very beneficial as no 2 houses are alike. This enabled Mia and her colleague to ask me any questions which potential buyers may ask and to familiarise themselves with the layout. Following listing I had 5 viewings and an offer for the property made in less than a week (that was the asking price too)! Unfortunately I had to remove the house from her listing which but I won’t hesitate to use Helena and her team again. Apologies for those I didn’t name but spoke to on the telephone, I appreciated your help and support too.

As a purchaser this is potentially the worst experience of buying a house I have had. No interest in supporting the buyer, and only interested in doing whatever they can to get the commission. Steph was pleasant and professional but when the manager took over it became highly unpleasant. Even when it was over and we completed today we received a phone call to say we had to collect the keys from the office we went in to be told they didn't have the keys and the owners still had them. Cannot recommend at all.

Jade arranged a viewing at quite late notice and updated me fully on the property and any work that was going to be carried out prior to agreeing a tenancy. I don't think we will ever be able to thank Jade and Kieran at Bairstow Eves enough for both guiding us and getting us through our very first property rental. Their service was exemplary, both Kieran and Jade took us through each step of the process with a kindness and professionalism we hadn't received through other agencies, especially when most of the others made almost no effort with us or our situation. They kept us updated every step of the way with brilliant communication, always answering our calls, and responding to every one of our emails promptly. Both Kieran and Jade also actively wanted to make the process as stress-free for us as feasibly possible, and always went out of their way to assist us with all of our queries and requests, and they even took the time to explain everything to us in such a respectful and professional manner when we didn't understand something. They went above and beyond for us, and I would recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone looking to rent a property in the Lincoln area, particularly if you're lucky enough to work with Jade or Kieran.
