Moved in my property few weeks later last year never had any problems with First Choice Move there all lovely all staff. GoogleFrom start to finish First Choice Move (FCM) provided us with an excellent service. After advertising the house we received and accepted an offer on our house within 3 days. When information regarding progress was in short supply from our solicitor the FCM team made efforts to keep us up to date at every step of the way. The whole team have earned our greatest respect with the dedication and commitment shown throughout the process and we would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI found all the staff at First Choice Move very professionally and friendly, especially Andra! She always kept me informed with what was going on with my purchase and answered my questions. She was also very efficient in the way she handled different stressful situations. I would also like to commend Andra for her enthusiasm and politeness and every conversation I had with her was a pleasure. In fact, every member of First Choice Move, I spoke to was unfailingly polite and friendly. One often hears people complaining that estate agents get their commission for doing very little. This has certainly not been our experience with them. I feel that they have earned their commission and deserve it for the hard work they have done and the excellent way we have been treated. I suppose there will be unhappy customers but one thing is for sure, I am going to use them in future!!! You all are TOP CLASS! Thank you and well done Mrs SLovin

FacebookI'd like to thank First Choice Move for everything they have done with regards to selling my house. From start to finish they were always very helpful and dealt with everything very efficiently. There were lots of difficult barriers to cross and the whole team understood the situation I was in and overcome them very professionally. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending First Choice Move to anyone wanting to sell their property...a local company with local people in mind and I'd never consider using a high street firm after dealing with these guys! Excellent communication and updates from initial valuation right through to completion, outstanding photography (something high street firms would charge you and additional fee for) and very proactive as I had my first viewing before the house was even on the website or Right Move! Outstanding! Once again...thank you all so very much!

Highly recommended, apart from opening the door for them to photograph and scan the rooms First Choice dealt with everything from advertising to viewings, the house sold in just over a week from going onto the market, worth every penny. GoogleAbsolutely disgusted driven 90 miles to view a house tomorrow morning to get a phone call at 5pm tonight to say "having to cancel your viewing tomorrow the house has been sold" what a shambles its not like they didn't have our details ad knew how far we were coming. One things for sure I will not used them again to be bitterly let down
Hi Wendy. Sorry you missed out on the property. It is an owners prerogative if they accept an offer and what they want to do with further viewings. We cannot force an seller to show you round if they do not want to and a seller wont want to potentially loose a good offer on the chance someone else may or not be interested. I am sorry you have travelled far but we will have informed you as soon as we knew the property was no longer available. I believe the staff in the office have done their job correctly, following instructions from our vendor.

I had a lot of messing up, wasted time and stress cause by the Solicitors but first choice did everything they could to help. They answered all calls and emails promptly and did everything they could to process my sale as quickly as possible. nothing was to much trouble for them.
