About First Choice Move Lillyhall

Your independent estate agent in Cumbria. The days of estate agents charging a fortune to sell your property are coming to an end. At First Choice Move, which is a rapidly growing estate agent based in Cumbria, we offer fantastic value, and service, at unbeatable prices. We believe that there is no need for people to have to pay thousands of pounds to sell their property, especially in this day and age. With our dynamic, and new approach to marketing your property, utilising a wide range of resources, you can be sure your property receives maximum exposure to potential buyers. It is well known that estate agents have a bad reputation, only politicians seem to be less popular! Some estate agents do a good job, others, well, not so good. The two main reasons why this poor reputation has developed, is due to high fees, and the question, "what are you doing for the money you're being paid". Well, with our low prices we believe we have dealt with the fee issue. Regarding the question "what are you doing for the money being paid" we have tried to cover that below:

Five star service. From my initial phone call until completion I can not fault first choice move. Cost, photography, communication and marketing all perfect. Helena went above and beyond to get the sale pushed through quickly after an issue when the buyer was not happy with the timeframe the solicitors had given them.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- we have recently sold our home with First Choice Move and received an outstanding service from the point of instruction, marketing, communication and problem solving. Ben was our assigned agent to ensure consistency throughout and we can't thank him enough- which also extends to any other member of staff who provided assistance.

The team at First Choice Move provided exceptional service throughout the sale of my late mother's house. They were friendly, professional, and had great communication - keeping me updated every step of the way. I was especially impressed by their local knowledge and ability to market the property effectively. They made a difficult process much easier, and I would definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend First Choice Move to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Maryport area

After months of having our house on the market with another agent, we decided to go with a different one. My friend recommended First Choice because he had the best experience with them, so we decided to just go for it. Right from day one, they were absolutely fantastic! The lady who came to ours to market our property, gave us some really good tips on how to get an offer, which we did. The house went on the market, had one viewing the same week but it wasn't suitable which we understood. Two days later, we had another viewing which went perfectly, and they put an offer in above our asking price which of course we accepted! Since then, everyone at First t Choice have been so helpful, supportive but most of all, always available if I needed any advice or questions. We honestly didn't think we would sell our house, but thank goodness we changed agents. Absolutely no regrets at all, they gave us proper feedback and explained everything. Highly recommended, brilliant customer service from everyone at First Choice from day one. If it wasn't for them, we would never had found our perfect home. Thank you

Yet again a really good experience as a seller with first choice move. Take really good photos & are so helpfull & friendly throughout the process. Work hard to make the selling experience as smooth as possible. I really wouldn't use anybody else- especially as having been a would be buyer, they are so much better than other estate agents when engaging with the buyer as well.- which is how you want your agent to treat potential buyers!
