FacebookI wanted advise about selling my house early next year and popped into the Sunbury branch and spoke to polite and helpful agent called Daniel. I have never placed a house on the market before so was unsure on the process but Daniel was happy to take the time to answer my questions. I left pleased with his advised and comfort with his knowledge. Although I am not putting the house on market at moment I would recommend Chancellors in Sunbury and will return.

FacebookMe, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

FacebookWithin hours of meeting him, Ben Shaw at the Summertown office had found us a perfect rental property with fantastic location and within our budget, got us a great deal and negotiated the finer details of how we wanted the furniture in the apartment with the landlord. He even drove round once again so we could take a second look at the property. No hard sell, just useful information. Super friendly and professional service from entire staff as well. FacebookWhat a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

He has been brilliant. He has shown us understanding, empathy and professionalism all along the way of finding us a new home. Facebook2 years ago I was in a position where I had to find a house for me and my baby. I was a single parent and not a lot of property's would accept housing benefit, when I called Tom Peachy at chancellors he was the one and only estate agent that didn't turn me away, and the only one who wasn't rude to me about being on 'benefits'. He found me a coach house quite literally in the same week and im still here just renewed my contract. Thanks Tom you really were a life saver �

FacebookI recently used Chancellors to sell my flat in St Margarets. Daniel Johns managed the sale for me. Daniel did a great job in securing me a very decent price for the flat and a price that the other Estate Agent on board could not compete with. Daniel didn't just help with the sale but he was also instrumental in making sure we completed the sale within the target timescales. I was very grateful for his help and would happily recommend Daniel and Chancellors to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

FacebookDealing with Simon Butt, Chancellors, as a letting agent has been a very good experience for me (and I have experience with another company which was far less favourable). Simon Butt has been approachable, knowledgable, efficient and always gone the extra mile to help me with letting the property in Aylesbury and especially as it proved to be a quite difficult tenancy. He has always responded promptly by email or phone call to answer the many queries I had and keep me updated in all aspects of their managing of the property. He has been a much appreciated human face to the whole process and I feel has always acted fairly in the interests of both landlord and tenant. Many thanks Simon and I look forward to having your help with the property over coming months and years.

FacebookI can highly recommend the wonderful Hayley Cockman at the Richmond-upon-Thames branch for her complete professionalism and "above and beyond the call of duty" approach. Hayley even contacted me while she was on holiday when things were getting a little uncomfortable with my purchasing of the property and quite honestly, left some of her older colleagues standing, with her competent and caring approach. This is a girl who deserves to go far in her profession. Even the vendor agreed with me that Hayley is "a credit to Chancellors".....Well done Hayley, you made a complicated process so much smoother than it could have been. Much appreciated.....

Anne is an amazing lady so much so that in my phone she is under AMAZING ANNE. Anne has been a rock, she has been there from the start and has stuck by me right through all the ups and downs. Anne is worth her weight in gold. I can not thank her enough. Five stars are not enough for her she is worthy of all the stars there are plus more.

FacebookHome buying process involves more than two parties. Sometimes, it will be difficult to liaise with all of them. This is when you need to have a very efficient Estate Agent who can play a key role in the entire process. I really appreciate help and support extended to me by Sebina without whose support It would have been really difficult to exchange and complete my purchase in targeted time. Recently Jamie Hawkins has been acting as my Property Manager, I have needed to contact Chancellors on several occasions over the past couple of months. I must say that I have been most impressed with all interactions with Jamie, he has responded promptly and taken appropriate action as requested, in a timely manner.

FacebookAbsolutely shocking service! Save yourself the grief, stress of dealing with incompetent and immature "NON SALES" individuals. They are completely clueless of the housing market and DO NOT KNOW how to deal with people. We gave them our house on a 5 month agreement which is far too long! Failed to sell due to lack of experience, constant change of personnel due to sackings/breakdowns etc and immaturity of closing a deal and following up. Thank you to my RING.com, I could see and hear their inexperience each time which was so excruciating. Prior to one viewing, I had to take one of sales negotiators around the house and actually take him through the key selling points of selling my Home....can you imagine that!All their emails are are on a copy and paste basis with a slight change to parrot fashion feedback which as a VENDOR I do NOT want to hear the same crap! I heard afterwards they get paid for listing your house so be aware of being sucked in with their chatty deliverables as they are NON existent. Save yourself the bother and hassle!
