GoogleSaw their signboards on brand new houses alongside the Coventry canal we were boating along. Could not find the properties on their website.

The properties aren't ready to view or photograph yet but as the developer was being overwhelmed with enquiries we thought a board prior to their launch would mean we can make a database of potentially interested buyers who can receive the marketing pack as soon as they are released. If you would like to contact us with your information, we can add you to that list. If I'm honest though, I'm not sure this deserves a rating of 2 out of 5 as you haven't had any contact with our business. We are a local business, actually in the village you have just boated through, and rely heavily on our Google ratings. You are entitled to your opinion though and we hope you enjoy the rest of your boating holiday. Might I suggest popping in to the Plough if you haven't passed it already. One of our daughters will probably serve you.

GoogleI literally cannot praise the team at Downes and Daughters enough. Atfter some previous bad experiences with estate agents, they offered a completely different experience. From the photos with Dan to the regular updates and chats with Verity and Kim they helped to keep us sane through a long sale process. They were excellent at keeping both sides of the party updated and went above and beyond to chase the process and ensure a successful outcome for all. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again, thank you so much!
