Was also really pleased to meet Neil at our check-out appointment - after a nightmare landlord in a previous property, I was really nervous about the inspection but Neil could see we'd left it in a good state and made us feel really comfortable and reassured. Would definitely use Theydons again :)

GoogleTheydons and James in particular were great in our recently completed sale. The sale itself was complicated by a number of issues but they remained friendly and helpful throughout, and maintained a good level of support and contact without ever being pushy (which I have experienced from other estate agents in previous moves). All in all I would thoroughly recommend Theydons if you are thinking of selling.

GoogleVery poor property management. Be careful when moving out of one their properties. They make it difficult and don’t like you to be present during checks so they can make charges against your deposit. Really poor communication too. It’s a shame as they seemed reasonable until deposits are concerned. Avoid if possible.

Needless to say we had spoken with other local agents and decided to go with theydons as their philosophy and approach to achieving the sale was suitable for our situation. They sorted the photography out nicely to ensure that the advert looked spot on and brought the clients through the door. Definitely recommend them and James for the future sales.

A very unhelpful agency,we gave them a holding fee on a house which they turned around a few weeks before we moved in and said we could no longer have it,then they took over a week to give back our holding fee meaning we lost out on another house. Didn't really do much to help with the situation,never made the effort to phone us we constantly had to be on the phone to them.
