My girlfriend and I recently purchased a property in Leytonstone through Theydons and can personally vouch for their professionalism throughout. As first time buyers, we were (reasonably!) clueless with how the process works and the work involved. The team at Theydons were incredibly knowledgeable, always on hand and very understanding. Over a number of years of renting my property I was fortunate to have someone like Theresa to answer any queries, provide documents and deal promptly with any problems/repairs/issues on my behalf. I felt confident of leaving my property in her hands during my many trips abroad. She is not only a professional but someone who is very approachable and understanding.

After having bad experiences with local estate agents before I was pessimistic of future agents I dealt with. But I can honestly say Theydons were straight forward throughout the whole process. My assigned agent did everything possible to keep the sale moving forward. And they were not paranoid about me meeting the seller during the process as other estates agents are.

Fantastic customer service throughout the process and quite simply a group of lovely people who do their up most to keep you up to date and are up front and honest. would work with them again if only we could afford another property
