Cannot recommend this agent enough. I'm rather sceptical about estate agents but James represents the company brilliantly. Honest and diligent in his support to find the right property for us to rent, he laitened and reflected back his understanding of budget and spec in every property he put forward to me. They play a straight bat and I felt confident working with Theydons.

Theydons were very helpful and supportive during the sale of our flat. They were very good at communicating and gave us plenty of notice when potential buyers were coming to see the flat. If there were questions or queries throughout the process, James Ball and other colleagues were on hand to hep us. We have had an excellent experience so far renting our house in Leytonstone through Theydons. It has now been rented out about 3 months. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional and easy to work with (but there is only an option to name two staff members in the review). We would highly recommend letting your property with them.
