He went the extra mile more than once, coming to the house to assist us on his day off, and following up with us on the completed sale just as he was due to leave for the airport on another day off. He even miraculously arranged for a handyman to fix a broken window within an hour of the breakage. Thank you Michael.

GoogleIf I could give zero, I would with no hesitation. Currently renting one of their flats in Haringey, Strettons are beyond imagination. We got in and the flat was basically falling apart with wholes on the kitchen floor, rotting skirting and yellow stains on the walls. Unbelievable. They are extremely disrespectful, they have been ignoring our simple requests since day 1. I had to escalate to the Council to have the bloody front door fixed after 7 embarrassing months paying rent. Please, from the bottom of my heart, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM AND SAVE YOURSELVES FROM HUMILIATION AND FRUSTRATION. Strettons should be ashamed of themselves.

Awful service from the agents themselves, never respond to emails or calls. The rep at the branch hung up on me twice and tried to claim the call dropped.
I had to live with rats for over 6 months because they were to lazy to rectify the situation. Took them 3 weeks to return my deposit even though I left the property in a good condition.

The one man behind the commercial properties team has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t waste your time getting into business with him. He constantly says he will call you back and never does. He says he will update you and never does. I submitted an offer over a month ago and I am still yet to hear anything from him. Basic customer service is hard to come by these days.
