Good Afternoon Oscar, Sorry you are disappointed on the service that has been provided to you from Winkworth in New Cross on the return of your deposit. Please note the agency does not hold your deposit, it was protected in a TDS scheme. At the end of the tenancy, an inventory was carried out to reflect the return of the property. This document was provided to you and the landlord. The landlord felt deductions were necessary for items missing and an end of tenancy clean. This was provided to you in writing and with costs. Both parties came to an agreement and the deposit was returned. I wish you well in your new rental property.

GoogleIt is very hectic to find a property now a days, and then when you call for a quarry, a gloomy and unhelpful voice creates extra stress on you. But when I called Winkworth Kwesi Mensah's response his helpful way of asking me questions and immediate problem solving skills made my day. Evern if I can't secure a place with the company I will keep this call in mind. Thanks a lot!!

GoogleThis is a review from a competitor agent, we were involved in a chain with the team at Winkworth. A chain which broke down at the eleventh hour - it was no one's fault. - these things happen. However they introduced new buyers straight away, keeping everything together. But best of all the new sale exchanged and completed in just under 6 weeks, fantastic result, thank you very much. GoogleWill be contacting the housing ombudsman, the local licencing authority, trading standards and a solicitor regarding the shady, barely legal practices of this letting agency. The stress this office has caused my family is off the scale! Avoid if you value your sanity.

GoogleGreat Service from a Great Team I have used Winkworth New Cross branch for a couple of years now to market, rent out and manage one of my properties. Overall I have found their service to be excellent. There have been issues with the property (which is normal), but they have been resolved well and amicably. Their processes are very efficient, always reply promptly to emails and keep me updated regarding the condition of the property. Their ongoing professionalism is admirable and very much appreciated.

GoogleI recently sold my 3 bedroom house through the Winkworth's office in New Cross. I was abroad for the most part but the staff at Winkworth took care of everything. They were well organised and very pro-active in finding viewers, but were not 'pushy'...planning all the visits with respects for the needs of my pregnant goddaughter who was residing at the property. They kept me updated regularly through whatsapp. Saun, the Branch Manager demonstrated great integrity in advising me throughout, so that I feel I sold well. I am also grateful for Jo's help particularly towards the end process, chasing the buyer's solicitor, who was dragging his feet and securing a speedy completion date...
