GoogleI used Pedder’s to purchase my property, let my poperty when I moved abroad and finally to sell my property in SE London and during every venture Pedder's customer service was second to none. The flat was marketed quickly and efficiently, viewings lined up and tenant/buyer secured. Natasha Osunde kept me up to date at all times and responded quickly to communications sent. I gave 1 star because I couldn't put up a review unless I did a rating. The real rating is 0 stars. They will rent your property to people who will wreck it, tenants who will bring down the value of the property, leave behind infestations and destroy any goodwill with your neighbours. Experienced adults using the garden as a bathroom, rubbish left outside for months because not placed in the correct bin, reports of noise, Police attendance at the property etc etc.

Rubbish service, submitted an offer for an apartment. To date no response, no courtesy update, no follow up from Shanice or Joshua. Aftercare/client service is clearly not their thing. I now avoid any adverts from peddler at all costs whislt I flathunt
