David from the East Dulwich branch is the reason we chose to use Pedder. He was professional, gave more credible advice than other agents we’d spoken to and was not pushy. Catherine proceeded to manage the sale and was very efficient and communicative which made the process very easy. In these uncertain times, Pedder were most professional with their guidance and support. During the process of selling and renting property their well co-ordinated teams were all most knowledgable, each conscious of its current stage to promptly advise me. This was valuable as when inevitably some team members were out of the office, someone was present at all times to update me on progress.
