From the initial phone call

From the initial phone call, the estate agents at Pedder come across as unhelpful and full of attitude. They racially profile tenants to “advise” the landlords on who would be the best tenants. I viewed a property and made an offer the same day, then to be told 2 days later that the landlord had gone with another offer despite me meeting the criteria. I will never use Pedder again.

The stand out thing with them is that I always felt there was transparency and honesty. They went out of their way to help, and were very patient with us.
