I don't normally go to the lengths of writing recommendations however in this case I will make an exception. The Lettings team at Mann was recommended to me by my colleague at work who currently has a property managed by the firm, initially I was somewhat dubious as I felt most agents would surely offer the same quality of service. I was mistaken and have personally thanked me colleague for the advice.Head and shoulders above the other 2 local high street agents I engaged,from the start the teams down to earth nature made both me and my partner comfortable we made the right choice. Daniel, Hazel and Doug helped me to get into my dream flat in a very short space of time. They all worked really hard and were responsive which made a big difference to my peace of mind and the smooth running of the whole process. Doug, Daniel and Hazel, the Mann Lettings Team have been fantastic. They have knocked spots off other Agents in the area from early on in my search. Doug and Daniel took time in getting to know what I was looking for, and I believe have represented me well in negotiations with the Landlord. Hazel has also been really supportive in co-ordinating the signing off of the contracts around my complex work schedule. Dreadful service

Dreadful service, cancelled a viewing 10 minutes before the time! They had been told 2 days before that the owner was going elsewhere and I don't blame him as the floorplan was incorrect and made up a utility room that was actually a garden. They also lied and said he had rented the property out when in fact he had left them for a better estate agents. Will never use again.

Incompetent and ignorant .

Incompetent and ignorant .. how stupid were we to trust this company (Rochester/Strood) to act as our selling agent. They did not have the knowledge to market our property because it is unusual. They have cost us tens of thousands of pounds. We have a buyer through another agent but are getting far below the market value because of this terrible agent. Don’t touch, they don’t deserve your business.

MANN has been very professional and friendly. The best agency so far (and I moved 5 times in London already). They provided us all the documents and certificates on front. The agent that show us the property was nice and friendly and waited for us for more than one hour when we got stuck in the traffic. And they even gave us a nice bottle of red wine to celebrate the new home. Amazing. Highly recommended.

Horrendous. Couldn’t care less about their tenants in urgent situations like damp in the property after leaks with children under 3 in the property. Communication is non existent after politely requesting to be kept updated. Never felt so uncared for.
