This company needs to consider their marketing.

This company over hype themselves. Do they act for the benefit of owners? They sent round a fancy leaflet with a picture of a house in Kemsing Road which they say they have sold asking for others in the street for a named family. They hadn't sold it, the house was "under offer" at that time, after a substantial price reduction and months on the market. And now has a For Sale sign up once again . Are they going to send a correcting notice round?

Nikki and the team at Conran have been exceptional in dealing with the sale of our home. The review is purely based on the UI of their website and emails. Your website probably has the worst User Interface and so hard to navigate through, is it not possible to make it more mobile friendly since we live in a mobile phones era? Same with the email templates - it is too much going on and so bad for the eyes 🤯
