GoogleNever replied to our emails and it's been nearly 2 month's and we haven't received a deposit.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Dear Craig, There has been regular contact regarding your deposit, however you should note that we do not even hold the deposit for your tenancy, it is held by your landlord.
You have been notified of rent arrears and that these would need to be cleared or deducted from the deposit before any funds can be released.
Considering we didn't hear from you for approximately three months when you had substantial rent arrears I don't feel these comments are fair or justified.

GoogleVery pleased with the service of Lettings Agent Aisha Riley. She was very courteous and patient during our viewing, gave us time and space to think and make up our mind. Refreshing change from other pushy and impersonal agents. Keep up the good work Aisha!

GoogleThey just sold our place in Comerford road for us and were really excellent. Pandemic, lock down, and absolutely useless buyers solicitors and they pushed and kept us informed throughout. Completion today. Can recommend.
