Huge thanks to the team at Bryan & Keegan for the amazing service I experienced with my recent house sale. In particular Jamie who went above and beyond to get the property in tip top condition prior to listing, I felt he was always supportive and engaging throughout the process and always responded promptly to any enquiry I had. The big chains could definitely take lessons from Bryan & Keegan in how to market a property and treat customers. I can’t recommend this company highly enough and so glad I found them.

I used Bryan & Keegan for the sale of my flat and would recommend to anyone looking to sell in the area. I can’t imagine what it would feel like to have worked with an estate agent who was less personable or involved. They’re local, independent and have a lot of experience they draw upon to advise throughout the entire process. Jamie, Michelle and the team are very proactive and you always feel you’re getting a fair and honest perspective. They’re quick to respond via email, WhatsApp or phone call and I never felt alone in this journey despite it sometimes feeling like a daunting stressful experience. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Brian and Keegan! Buying and selling a house can feel overwhelming at the best of times, but the team at Brian and Keegan made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful. They're a small, friendly and truly dedicated team who really take the time to look after their clients. Communication was fantastic throughout, they were always at the end of the phone, happy to answer any questions (no matter how small!) with patience and clarity. I first contacted Bryan and Keegan a few years ago when we were thinking about whether to sell or not. At the time we decided not to go for it, but when we were ready to sell I remembered how helpful Jamie had been, and so I immediately contact them to sell our house. The process has been incredibly smooth. I got the feeling Jamie really took time to know his buyers, so he was able to get us an offer at lightning speed. Throughout the process he was easy to contact and took time to ensure we understood what was going on. He really felt like the link between us and our buyer and because of this he was able to smooth out any bumps as they came along. Having never sold a house before we were unsure of how it worked, but knowing that Jamie was there to support us made it all so much easier. Would definitely recommend.

Jamie is truly excellent at his job as well as being a very nice guy so he somehow made the stressful process enjoyable! We were kept informed every step of the way and also had great support from Ellen and Michelle. We recently used Bryan & Keegan to sell our house in Nunhead after a recommendation from a friend. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Jamie was very professional and clearly new the market very well, we felt very safe in his hands. The communication was fantastic from start to finish and we felt Jamie and his team were alongside us the whole way through the journey of the house sale. We used their recommended solicitors who were also very good and the process was all done in record timing, just 2 months from offer accepted to exchanging! We originally thought about selling our house through purple bricks as didn't want to pay the estate agents fee but I'm so glad we made the decision to go with Bryan & Keegan as they were worth every penny. Had an awful experience renting with Bryan & Keegan. Generally not sure exactly what they do, as a tenant, when moving in they outsource everything to a third party tech company that requires tons of personal data to get accepted and is all automated, then they were not supportive at all around the time of moving out. Our landlord had an unreasonable request for deductions and been having to chase ever since! Avoid! If you look for tenant specific reviews (including other platforms) you will find lots of other people complaining, wish we had done the same before working with them.

Our home was on the market for 1 day even in a slower than usual property market when we received offers. All of the team were on hand with practical, sensible and knowledgeable advice from the get go. They are really informed about not just the local area but the full sale process and were able to help resolve a number of issues in our chain when we came across difficulties. Jamie, Ellen and Michelle are exceptional estate agents, both professional and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale and exchange; from the initial viewings to managing a very long and sometimes challenging chain. Jamie is calm and collected and was completely un-phased by the various challenges during conveyancing, never accepting failure as an outcome. We were really happy with our experience with Bryan & Keegan. From the start Jon was extremely pleasant to deal with. There was no hard sell when he came to value our property and he stayed four times as long as the other agent we had round but at no stage did he rush us. As someone else mentioned it was a pleasant surprise to meet an estate agent who seemed like an actual human who understood what you were looking for rather than seeing pound signs flash past their eyes or be really dismissive. We sold our house within a couple of days and I'm sure that their advice and contacts and good relationships with potential buyers helped with that. Our chain was tricky at times and I sent countless emails, sometimes cc'ing in Jon when not really necessary just so I would have at least one sane person on my side! Michelle was also extreme helpful as were any of the other members of staff who we dealt with. In summary I can't recommend them enough and still need to pop by with a thank you card for the great service we received. Unlikely we will need them again but for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the Crofton Park/Brockley area I'd say go for Bryan & Keegan for sure.

He was right, and we had 2 offers within a few days of the house going on the market, one of which I accepted. Jon first sold me a home 10 years ago. Since then we have dealt several times, now with Michelle and Jamie too for sales, purchases and rental. I have recently exchanged on a house in Brockley thanks to Jamie at Bryan & Keegan so I wanted to share my experience with other potential buyers and sellers. When I first spotted the home on Rightmove the team were quick and responsive when trying to schedule a viewing. Jamie was personable in his approach and helped us swiftly agree on a sales price that was fair and satisfactory for both parties. Jamie also helped facilitate a very swift legal process (we exchanged in just 2 months!) and his local knowledge was invaluable throughout. Having bought and sold a home in Brockley before I had a high expectation and it's fair to say Jamie and his team surpassed this and beyond!
