GoogleWe experienced an exceptional service from Bryan and Keegan - knowledgeable, communicative and effective. The valuation was realistic and the subsequent presentation of the property was to a high standard, which resulted in viewings and offers. There were some complications in the sale process - as there often are - but the way they liaised with us was excellent - always keeping us informed, talking through the situation clearly and giving what consistently proved to be wise advice. Their handling of the whole process undoubtedly kept the sale on track and saw it through to exchange and completion. We truly experienced the care and local knowledge we had hoped for when choosing an independent estate agents like Bryan and Keegan. Special thanks to Jamie and Michelle, with whom we had the most involvement.

My sale and subsequent purchase were incredibly difficult owing to external factors, but at every stage, the Crofton Park team had my back, and were both understanding and supportive. In every sense Jamie went above and beyond, snd honestly, I would not be in my lovely new home if it were not for him. Bespoke, compassionate estate agenting - accept no alternative.

From the initial meeting, Jamie was thoughtful and from then helped to guide, prepare the house, support and provide practical suggestions until the final sell....making each step as easy as possible. Having a complex family situation, Jamie and Michelle were so respectful throughout, keeping our wish for a quick sell to a family (rather than a developer) in mind and protected throughout. Hugest recommendation for a local, independent agent that knows the area well. So many thanks again.

GoogleTerrible attitude from Amy. Initially told me incorrect information about move in dates then denied it. Offered us the flat and when we tried to arrange another viewing the following day before accepting, she offered it to someone else. Awful service!

Hi Ben, Amy was upfront and accurate with the information provided. You made an offer after the viewing, which was accepted. You then advised us that you would need to see the property again before committing. Amy spoke to you, and said that as the landlord had multiple offers, he may not want to wait and run the risk of losing out on someone else. You acknowledged this and said you understood. After consulting with the landlord, which is who we act for, he confirmed that he would like us to proceed with another offer who was in a position to commit now. Lettings properties are in high demand, and I appreciate that it's a difficult, but ultimately we have to act on the landlords instructions.

GoogleWe had a really enjoyable experience with the team at B&K’s Brockley branch, particularly with Michelle who we worked with most closely. Communication was excellent throughout, by both phone and email. Whenever cover was needed, it was always arranged and communicated in advance to ensure continuity of availability. We were kept updated proactively throughout the process, often before we’d even thought to ask. We felt genuinely supported through the entire home-buying process, from booking our first viewing right through to completion. FacebookThis is the second time I have used this estate agent to buy a property, and once again the service was fabulous from start to finish. The whole team are lovely and so helpful in the Brockley office, and Jamie, in particular went above and beyond, not only helping with my purchase, but also encouraging and supporting the sale process to ensure everything kept moving forward. Their communication, professionalism, and dedication played a huge part in getting the sale/purchase over the line. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

GoogleHad a very poor experience with Jamie, one of the estate agents. After making an offer on a flat in Brockley, he came across as condescending, patronising and to be frank, rather rude. He went as far as making a few snide remarks. In the end, I withdrew the offer as I wouldn't be comfortable with him managing the process. Surprisingly poor sales acumen from "professional" estate agent.

GoogleI’ve just sold my flat in Forest Hill through Bryan and Keegan. Being an ex estate agent myself, I know how hard these guys have to work to take us through tough markets and difficult transactions. I worked with Jamie, Michelle, and Jon and they were superb! GoogleFantastic service from Jamie at Bryan & Keegan while selling our house. We had several valuations on our property, but felt that Jamie was the most honest and had excellent knowledge of the local market. The photography package was great, and after only one week on the market, we received five offers and secured the right buyer. It was the service Jamie provided after this stage that really went above and beyond. We were part of a complicated chain involving eight properties, and Jamie made sure all agents and parties were kept updated while continually pushing things forward. I honestly don't think we would have moved without his expertise, guidance, and advice throughout the process.
