I can’t recommend Bryan&Keegan highly enough, especially Jon Keegan, who is truly one-of-a-kind in the world of estate agents. Highly competent, seasoned, and incredibly resourceful, he was hands-on throughout the entire process, went above & beyond, and was completely trustworthy, whatever he recommended, I knew it was the right call. My only regret is that I didn’t get to work with Jon and B&K on previous properties. They are a cut above the rest, standing out in an industry where many overpromise and underdeliver. The team handles challenges with skill and persuasion, always acting in the best interests of both the seller and the buyer. If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely delivers, they are the ones to choose.

Ellen at Bryan & Keegan gracefully steered us through a protracted and difficult move. The chain involved other estate agents and Bryan & Keegan were head and shoulders above the others. Amy was great throughout the whole process, particularly when our purchase fell through - reliable, organised, clear communication, quick response time and easy to get on with. She made the process so much easier than it would have been without her! When our purchase fell through, Amy did everything within her power to help and support us, unlike the awful experience with the estate agent of the other property. She was confident and calm, which was exactly what we needed during that stressful process (as we were also about to have a baby) Not only was she professional but she was personable. We sold our home with Jon and Amy and the team at the end of 2019. From the first valuation it was clear they were really considered and had fully researched the market at the time. So many other agents were pushy or sleazy and we never got a hint of that with these guys. I would advise anyone to be careful dealing with this bunch. In my opinion they attempted to steal from my daughter. She asked for the return of a deposit when she left a place she was renting. For months she was told it was going to be paid and never was. I saw that her messages and calls were ignored, and assurances made but not kept. After several months I wrote to them them saying I would take the matter to the Small Claims Court in 24 hours if they did not give her back her deposit. I never had the courtesy of a reply, but they put the full amount of the money owed into my daughters account a few hours later. My guess is they would only treat young people or students his way. My suggestion to anyone is keep a record of your dealings with these people and complain immediately if you are not treated properly. Do not waste too much time before escalating your complaint to the Dispute Service, Property Ombudsman or whoever is most relevant or as a last resort the County Court. I cannot believe in 2021 there are still Letting Agents behaving like this.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I'm a former Goldsmiths student and have lived around the New Cross/Lewisham area for many years. I went through various agencies around the area and have had certainly the worst experience with Bryan and Keegan. I highly do not recommend anyone who are willing to live around the area to go through this agent and reasons are as follows: 1) They won't return you deposit. Our house agreed on the amount of deposit to be released in September. After 3 months, over 30 emails and more than 10 phone calls, we could finally receive our deposit. Whenever I emailed or rang Amy, she'd always response the same, telling me that it would be sort it by that day (which never has) or give nonsense excuses as to why yet hasn't been processed. 2) They don't sort anything out for you. We have contacted the agency numerous times to contact the landlord to fix the water dropping , broken front door lock, mice problems, remove old and excessive number of sofas from the house - none of these were ever solved.
