We experienced an exceptional service from Bryan and Keegan - knowledgeable, communicative and effective. The valuation was realistic and the subsequent presentation of the property was to a high standard, which resulted in viewings and offers. There were some complications in the sale process - as there often are - but the way they liaised with us was excellent - always keeping us informed, talking through the situation clearly and giving what consistently proved to be wise advice. Their handling of the whole process undoubtedly kept the sale on track and saw it through to exchange and completion. After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.

I first contacted Bryan and Keegan a few years ago when we were thinking about whether to sell or not. At the time we decided not to go for it, but when we were ready to sell I remembered how helpful Jamie had been, and so I immediately contact them to sell our house. The process has been incredibly smooth. I got the feeling Jamie really took time to know his buyers, so he was able to get us an offer at lightning speed. Throughout the process he was easy to contact and took time to ensure we understood what was going on. He really felt like the link between us and our buyer and because of this he was able to smooth out any bumps as they came along. Jamie, Ellen and the rest of the team at Bryan and Keegan in Brockley couldn't have been better. We bought our new house through them (Feb 26) and they were head and shoulders above any agent we have ever dealt with. They really listened to what we were looking for and have the right information about the property prior to offer, and they were transparent and communicative throughout the bidding process. However, it was post offer that Jamie really came into his own. We had a 7 link chain and Jamie oversaw the whole process, keeping us informed and chasing other agents/solicitors to ensure the sale went through. He really went above and beyond and seemed one of the few agents that understood that their role is as much about managing the post-offer process. It really stood out how much better Bryan and Keegan were when dealing with other agents in the same chain who seemed to lack the experience and attention to detail that Jamie had. I couldn't recommend them enough.

He went as far as making a few snide remarks. In the end, I withdrew the offer as I wouldn't be comfortable with him managing the process. We recently used Bryan & Keegan to sell our house in Nunhead after a recommendation from a friend. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Jamie was very professional and clearly new the market very well, we felt very safe in his hands. The communication was fantastic from start to finish and we felt Jamie and his team were alongside us the whole way through the journey of the house sale. We used their recommended solicitors who were also very good and the process was all done in record timing, just 2 months from offer accepted to exchanging! We originally thought about selling our house through purple bricks as didn't want to pay the estate agents fee but I'm so glad we made the decision to go with Bryan & Keegan as they were worth every penny. It turns out estate agents actually work really hard! I highly recommend them, thank you so much Jamie, Ellen and the rest of the team.
