GoogleWe used Bryan & Keegan to rent out our flat for 2.5 years. They provided a good service throughout, negotiating any requests from the tenants or ourselves. We chose to sell with B&K and are pleased we did. Jamie and the team managed the whole process very well, liaising with the tenants, potential buyers and ourselves. The team were very proactive and always on hand to help with any queries. We would definitely recommend. Thanks guys.

Very communicative from the beginning, and helped us navigate a very stressful situation at the last minute which would have been even worse if he hadn’t been there helping us. GoogleHad an awful experience renting with Bryan & Keegan. Generally not sure exactly what they do, as a tenant, when moving in they outsource everything to a third party tech company that requires tons of personal data to get accepted and is all automated, then they were not supportive at all around the time of moving out. Our landlord had an unreasonable request for deductions and been having to chase ever since! Avoid! If you look for tenant specific reviews (including other platforms) you will find lots of other people complaining, wish we had done the same before working with them.
Dear Mihai, We use a referencing company when vetting potential tenants, which is normal for most Estate Agents. Any information provided is held in line with normal GDPR protocols. You allowed your child to consistently draw over the walls and place stickers, which has caused damage above normal wear & tear. Your Toilet was also heavily stained and didnt look like it had been cleaned throughout the tenancy. Your landlord charged £250 towards the cost of repainting the walls (the actual invoice was higher), which isn't unreasonable considering it took three coats of paint to cover the marks. It's also worth noting that a check in was carried out by an independent company at the start of the tenancy, and a check out at the end of the tenancy to ensure a fair review of the condition the property was returned in. Perhaps you should upload those as it would add far more context and a much fairer reflection than your words above.

Prior to purchasing, you hear so many horror stories of how stressful home purchasing can be, but I can truly say at every single step of the journey it couldn't have been easier. My partner and I now have the keys to our home and we feel so lucky that we got to have the experience we did with this lovely, personable team - who treated us like we were the only sale happening and made us feel so well looked after. Would highly recommend!!

GoogleWere excellent throughout- quickly found multiple buyers for our house with minimal fuss. They didn’t inflate the price of our house as many estate agents do but have a realistic valuation, good advice and without any pressure actually got us a very good price and buyers for our house in a difficult market. We liked that they have been in the area a long time and are a genuinely local business who know the area and houses here very well. They kept in touch with the chain and were on it in a way we haven’t found with estate agents before.

Our home was on the market for 1 day even in a slower than usual property market when we received offers. All of the team were on hand with practical, sensible and knowledgeable advice from the get go. They are really informed about not just the local area but the full sale process and were able to help resolve a number of issues in our chain when we came across difficulties. We always received quick responses and everyone was so personable to deal with. Could not recommend them enough - 10/10 service. Particular thanks to Jamie & Michelle for making a stressful time so much more manageable.

GoogleWe had a probate flat to sell with a number of hurdles to overcome, including its poor condition, necessary lease amendments etc. The sale process to a property developer was very much enhanced by Jamie's dedicated professionalism, tenacity and the good communication we had throughout. As an Administrator on my late brother-in-law's estate, I do not live locally and knew that the property was being expertly handled by Jamie and his team. I would thoroughly recommend Bryan & Keegan Estate Agents based on the high quality of customer service that we received.

Jamie, Ellen and Michelle are exceptional estate agents, both professional and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale and exchange; from the initial viewings to managing a very long and sometimes challenging chain. Jamie is calm and collected and was completely un-phased by the various challenges during conveyancing, never accepting failure as an outcome. Communication was clear throughout and whilst they were acting for us as sellers, they were also in close communication with our first-time buyers to guide them through the process. We would not hesitate to recommend Bryan and Keegan for your next property sale or purchase.

GoogleB&K just sold my flat. Had such a great experience with the team - Jamie, Ellen & Michelle. Their customer service is excellent and very different to the experience I have had with most other estate agents. They really made us feel like they care and are invested in our sale and I really appreciated their honesty and how down to earth they are. They navigated tricky parts of the sale well and remained professional throughout. Dealing with the same people from start to finish really makes a different too. I don't have a bad word to say and I couldn't recommend more!

GoogleSuch a solid estate agents 👌🏻 Michelle, Jamie and Lia worked tirelessly to sell my flat in Ladywell, and really did everything they could to get it over the line. They negotiated a great purchase price under pretty terrible market conditions.
