We have finally exchanged in what was a rather prolonged chain . My elderly mum was selling her property and moving for the first timeIn over 50 years. Julie was so helpful and understanding of the issues this brings with it . Really valued her support along the way. Very happy with the work she put in to make this happen

It was a tricky process as we lived overseas at the time, but Gareth went above and beyond to not only show us multiple homes but also Lewes. He really understood what we were after and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We recommend.

TrustpilotMediocre
Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .

TrustpilotAs an overseas buyer
As an overseas buyer, intending to retire to the UK in two years' time, we found our dream apartment, but it made sense to rent it out until we are ready to retire. The team at Cubitt & West did a great job of explaining what we needed to do, arranging for gas and electrical certificates, insurance, and finding us a tenant who has now moved in
Hello Chris,Thank you for your kind review - we will pass this on to the team! We strive to help our customers through what we know can be a stressful time. All the best,Cubitt & West

This very friendly team did a really good job with a long and difficult sale. Sold 3 times with buyers dropping out for various almost unbelievable reasons. Perseverance paid in the end and with a price way above what another local agent sugested we sell for. Well done Heidi and team.
The Ashington team maybe small, but they are a dedicated team who will always go above and beyond for their clients and i am please to see that their determination to find you the right buyer paid off. Thank you

TrustpilotBrilliant team!
Cubitt & West are absolutely fantastic, providing outstanding customer service and support from the moment I viewed a property, right up until the move in date and even now after I’ve moved in! Jenny, especially, was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure my first ever move was as smooth as it could be. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole move was as stress-free as possible. Madi was also brilliant! Thank you all SO much! I will definitely recommend Cubitt & West to family and friends.
