Poor communication from the letting manager and staff at the Redhill branch, before, during and definitely after tenancy. Manager makes appointments then doesn't show up. Very poor problem solving during tenancy, then when it's time for check out after termination of contract will find any reason to charge you £200. It's been said before in a few reviews. Blatantly accused me of losing keys to property then when challenged several times, they found them in their office exactly where I said they were dropped off and now just as others have said they'll find another issue with the property to the value of £200. Please for your own good do not use this branch in Redhill.

We used Cubitt & West to rent out our flat in Littlehampton, can honestly say we've had absolutely no issues with the whole process moving ahead very quickly, from finding a tenant to getting the tenancy agreement set up, it's been an incredibly smooth process. The majority of the correspondence and information was passed through Marcus Farrow who was able to answer all and any queries and we are very grateful for his quick replies to emails and how stress free the whole process was

GoogleWe recently sold our house in South Chailey and Cubitt & West, Lewes, dealt with the marketing. We had a super service from all of the staff especially Gareth and Chris and the former manager David. We would certainly recommend this estate agent. We had a burst water main and although we ended up without water for a week and risk of it being turned off again after a weekend of it being on and still leaking, Sadie at the management hub was and has continued to be really amazing. She was sympathetic, empathetic and everything she set out to do, in order to resolve the problem she did. She chased landlords, contractors and even provided me with information on who else to contact to get the matter resolved.5 star rating from me. She checks in and makes sure it's all still ok even months after the incident.
