TrustpilotI simply could not ask for better service
I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Cubitt and West. Marcus was professional and delivered on his promise of getting the property rented quickly and efficiency. As for Abbie; I am not quite sure what I would have done without her the last couple of weeks! She has been absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to help us out. We cannot thank you enough and certainly wont even consider another agent next time.

Quite disappointed we had a viewing and we liked it we was informed very quickly we was successful and we paid the holding deposit we was over the moon we was weeks away from being homeless due to our landlord allegedly selling up - within the hour we had a call to inform us of a “mistake” that our application was clicked by mistake - this was devastating we was promised our deposit back immediately which actually took 2 weeks there wasn’t much sympathy it was a case of “sorry I can’t do anything to help” it broken our trust with estate agents and made us feel mentally awful I understand it wasn’t the estate agents error but more should of done to prevent this from happening you can’t play with peoples emotions this way it took for us to hound the estate agents to finally get our money back…as per quick enough to take your money but not give it back - in future I will be avoiding this company we was going through hell being homeless frantically looking for somwhere with 2 month notice this just added to the trauma

We went with Cubitt & West because the agent we were previously with were messing us about, and they had asked us to lower our price as the market was slowing down. 2 days after moving to them we had multiple viewings and 2 offers at full rental value and the tenant moved in immediately. They were a breath of fresh air to deal with and we will use them again without hesitation, as they were totally honest and trustworthy to work with.

This real agent is just selling cheap property and cheap developer's products. Their selected developer and property is constructed with cheap labour and workmanship. They sold the property and after that they don't bother about customer post order.I had purchased the property through them and since I moved in the house there was so many things didn't work and developer was agreed to do the repair and modify as a part of defects clause but didn't acted and did anything. Also developer's works was very poor they used cheap products in construction which didn't even last of 12 months. I raised the concern to every one but neither their developer was doing anything nor this real agent. This real agent only bother about making their commission and don't have any business ethics and professionalism and responsibility towards customer and their hard earned money. I told to this agent to check the developer's work and do your due diligence and verification with customer before you advertised their property to make fools to other customer and act accordingly. I also informed that developer has not done any things which he was agreed also they left all the paper blanks without any details of products in housing which we were purchased and they just listen to developer not to customer. Please don't use them otherwise you would suffer a lot of pain after purchasing. If real state are really bother about the customer then they should contact to customer to help and find the solution which they even failed to do any thing.

We can’t praise the team in Cranleigh high enough. Kerry-Ann and and Ross were excellent, professional and hugely supportive. The service right from the beginning with the quality of brochure and virtual tour was overlaid with regular contact and excellent communication with the eventual buyers. We have moved many times and Kerry-Ann and Ross were by far the best agents we have had supporting us. We can recommend the Cranleigh office very highly.

Another fantastic experience with selling my house. Although the deal took a long time Garry Wheeler was on top of the deal the whole time. Robin was there at the beginning to take property on for sale and managed to find the right buyer almost immediately. TrustpilotHorley Branch - Terrible after sales service
Started off really well. The Horley branch had some staff who were only too pleased to help. Sadly, once the flat was sold the standard of service ( and good staff) just disappeared and plummeted! They simply just don`t seem to care!Staff don't seem to stay long, which meant a decline in continuity and service. Very challenging to speak to aftersales team who always appear to be on the telephone and when you complain there is no acknowledgment or even an attempt to address one's complaint. Equally as poor is their recommended conveyancer team. A litany of mistakes and errors resulting in unnecessary delays to achieving a quick seamless sale. All in all, hugely disappointing.....Not to be used again! Horley has many other Agents to choose from.

Due to the nature of their roles, our Sales Coordinators spend most of their time on the telephone however, they will aim to respond to voicemail messages as soon as possible, usually by the end of the same day. The legal representative we recommended is a highly rated local firm and we find that our communication with them can help to speed up the process. My only comment to Estate Agents staff will be that always make sure to contact the client before they contact you. If you promised a weekly update then make sure they get one-even if there is little to report. Francesca was a diamond.

absolute disgrace, I've primarily been "dealt" with, by Lee, Lizzie, and Kirsty, and they've treated me and my partner like animals, expecting me to roll around in sewage and filth, and then act like it's an inconvenience that I'm upset about it. The staff have been rude, and unhelpful, belittling mental health issues and basic human rights. Despite very clearly expressing dissatisfaction, it took 8 months to get my complaint raised to the "Customer support department" who will take 15 working days to "investigate" the complaint, even still with other properties excrement flooding the property. Their phone behaviour is utterly disgraceful, the place appears to be run by a bunch of prepubescent children who seem to everything in their power, to do everything except what's been asked of them, which is nothing more than "please repair what's broken". Mould issues haven't been addressed in over a year, 2 sewage leaks within 3 months, and the continued disregard for basic human needs just shows that they should not be in the business of Serving People. And in this day an age where mental health awareness is higher than ever, their absolute disregard for peoples explicitly mentioned illnesses and struggles, is laughable.If you are the kind of person that likes rolling around in other peoples literal fecal matter, then apply to rent through this agency, as if this is your expectation I can guarantee they will go above and beyond for this.I'd actually petition that this estate agents are worse than the infamous Brand Vaughn for anyone familiar with this similarly parasitic company.

Dear Mr Cleary We deeply sympathise with the problems you are experiencing and have appointed a senior manager to oversee the matter however, there is no oversight on our part and our hands are largely tied. Cubitt & West promptly reported the issue to the Block Management company who are responsible for maintenance of the building. They assure us that they are doing all they can to fix the problem, which originates from communal areas, and they will arrange a biochemical clean once resolved. Regrettably, the managing agents will not allow Cubitt & West to instruct independent contractors and we can do nothing more than continue to chase a resolution for you.Kind regardsCubitt & West
