We used the Chippenham storage unit for a couple of years we handed in our notice only so we could move our stored goods nearer to where we live. I cannot fault Andrew and the team they have shown excellent customer service. The site is clean and modern. I cannot fault it.

Cinch Bicester were fantastic

Cinch Bicester were fantastic, they were so nice and helpful when we moved in. We didn't know how long we needed the unit and they didn't mind, they were completely flexible with us. When we moved out we had a problem with our movers and Leanne went above and beyond to be accommodating, to help us out and make it a more pleasant experience. She really didn't have to, it was inconvenient for her. We're so grateful to her. The whole team is lovely!

Help with deliveries

The team at Cinch Self Storage in Leighton Buzzard is always at hand to help when needed. I started receiving larger orders on pallets or in large boxes recently. Sometimes, if I am not in, Jason, Aaron or Andrew will receive the deliveries on my behalf and keep them safe until I am able to collect them. And they always do this with professionalism and care. Poor sercvice, do not get lured into introductory offers and fall victim to poor service.

Please do not use them. Cinch over charged us for our storage. Despite ongoing complaint and dispute they took unauthorised funds automatically form the crediit card. On the weekend of our move where we organized help and rented vans, out of hours access did not work. After hours attendance telephone number is a scam which would lead to working from home event loggers only. Discounts were offerered for the inconvenience which were then withdrawn. Long winded, repetative email replies wasted hours of our time and caused further stress. In the End we just gave up and emptied the unit earlier than planned. Store managers and area managers changed jobs and our complaint was left hanging unresolved. Dispute is still ongoing, we will not giveup. |Premium temporary storage for your valuables is supposed to convenient service not a hassel stress of dealing with scammers who overcharge for non service.
