Recently came back from holiday to a toilet that would not flush. Contacted Trupti who organised for maintenance team to come out, need all internal plumbing to be replaced so Trupti sorted out the invoice with the Landlord and also chased up the plumber to get them out as soon as possible and all fixed. after a month with a rival estate agent and a total lack of interest in my wife's house following thousands of hits on the house posted advert we changed to charter Whyman , What a difference from minute one , totally professional skilled outfit Simon reacted quickly to our particularly needs and previous frustrations giving much needed confidence They produced an excellent house sales video and screened the virtual buyers and guess what the first visitor produced an offer at the asking price which proceeded to completion. i then turned my attention to selling my house , the first task with the help of Trupti and Salim in the rental section ,a generous offer was made to the tenants to vacant and the CW team help the three tenants to find good alternative accommodation in quick time , the house now free to market was again given an excellent sales video put on the market on thursday at 9am virtual viewing at midday visit at 6pm and offer the next morning at around 5% over asking price which went on to completion. The Letchworth Charter Whyman team and Magdalena Lora have been very professional throughout the process of selling my house. They were able to highlight the good points and potential of the property which was in need of much repair. The online viewing facility and photos meant in-person viewings were made by those who were aware of how much work would be needed on the property. I’m renting my house via Charter Whyman for almost two years now. Initially they were not too responsive which might’ve been caused by the fact that agents were changing frequently so no one really took issues in hand. This all changed when Trupti joined. Since then all problems or requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I’m generally not keen on estate agents but I found Charter Whyman excellent on all sides. Our sale took 3days! The staff are professional and on the ball. We were constantly updated on progress, often daily when the lower part of our chain dropped out. They were always friendly and approachable, nothing was too much bother and they negotiated our sale and purchase with a passion I’ve not seen before in estate agents. We’ve found previous companies wanting on several occasions. I thoroughly recommend CW and would be happy to use them again. I don’t think you’ll find better in the town.
