We would highly recommend Alexander Lewis if you are buying or selling in the Letchworth area. They helped us find our dream home 5 years ago when we were renting nearby, and they helped us sell it this year when we decided to move closer to family. Both experiences have been nothing but positive. We used their service to sell our house, and we found that they were very responsive and efficient, leading to an offer coming through very quickly! Their communication is excellent; having a small, friendly, team means you can always speak to someone when needed and they are quick to resolve any issues and pass on communications. Its taken over a year with lots of different problems, in part due to COVID and the stamp duty holiday, they've sold the house 3 times !
