FacebookFantastic service from Pacitti Jones west end, Glasgow. From start to finish…and so far, everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic. Lisa Johnstone has gone above and beyond in helping us through all the stages. We now have an offer in on our property…so fingers and toes crossed. She is not just great at her job, but she also was like my own personal counsellor keeping me from getting too stressed and letting me know at what stage I needed to do certain things and involve certain people. Keith was also fantastic when he came to survey the property and all the recommended specialists for other things were very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to other friends and family.

GoogleLorraine is very experienced in what she does. She is very helpful, easy to converse with, makes you feel at ease, nothing is a problem, and she is available whenever you need questions answered. Lorraine has helped me put forward offers on two houses on two separate occasions, and the results were very successful on both occasions. Lorraine is an asset to Pacitti Jones

TrustpilotSelling made easy!
I made an appointment with Pacitti Jones and within a week and a half my property was on the market. They were incredibly efficient and coordinated the photographer and home report agent for me.

FacebookIf you are thinking of buying, selling Pacitti Jones Bishopbriggs are the complete package. Karen and team are the most personal professional estate agent with a unique app for viewings, Dougal for finance, makes it simple, does all the work for you, and legal team, Lorraine, Lauren &Lisa quick responses and guidance. cannot leave out the super professional photographers. made me question why I was selling! I would highly recommend and personally would never go anywhere else. if ive missed out anyone by name I apologise. Missing my daily phone calls and emails as we settle into our new forever home. Thank you all so much.

FacebookNicola Donnelly in the city centre office dealt with our late dads estate and the conveyancing for the sale of his home. She was truly professional and efficient, even e mailing on her days off and in the evenings !!! I cannot recommend her highly enough . this service was enhanced by the Lenzie team - Colin, Maxine, Jennifer and Lorraine who did all the estate agency stuff and worked with Nicola for documents being dropped off and things to be signed. An altogether stressful time when emotions were high ( losing ur father and selling the family home are not easy things to deal with ) was made so straightforward and I cannot thank them all enough . WELL DONE PACITTI !

TrustpilotExcellent experience with Pacitti Jones
We had the best experience with Pacitti Jones, who helped us during a complex purchase. After having issues with our previous solicitors (a different company), Shona, Sharon, Fiona, Nicholas and the rest of the Pacitti Jones team took over our case and went above and beyond to ensure we could buy our first home. Everyone at Pacitti Jones demonstrated to be professional and meticulous problem-solvers as well as communicative, keeping us updated at every step of the process. We felt like they were on our side and determined that we could get our new home as soon as possible. We are grateful they helped us during this difficult purchase and could not be happier with their service! We can recommend Pacitti Jones as estate agents and solicitors without hesitation!

TrustpilotThe Worst Letting Agents in the Universe
This company do not care about tenants at all. We have leased from them for three years and one day our front door lock had broken. It took them two weeks to get a locksmith out. In the meantime I had excuses like 'you changed your phone number'(which I did) but they had both our emails and my wife's number which they didn't bother to use. We pay on time, keep the house lovely, but any time there is something we need or that needs doing to the house, they just don't give a .......... it's freezing tonight (Nov 18th) and the boiler keeps giving a fault code, no hot water or heating and no emergency line for pacitti jones, because tenants are just there to give them money. It's going to be a cold night, I just hope they can get a plumber quicker than they got a locksmith. DO NOT RENT FROM PACITTI JONES, if you are a good tenant who requires minimum service and some help when requested.

TrustpilotCompletely unprofessional
One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Went for viewing and asked if we could look at the garden and the agent said sure I’ll just lock up. We were expecting him to follow and then saw his car drive off - he literally just left us standing in the back garden and didn’t even say goodbye. I was speechless. Then I called right after the viewing and asked if a verbal offer could be put to the seller before getting my solicitor to formally put it in writing. Heard nothing for the rest of that day or the following day so i called to chase it up and was told they hadn’t been able to speak to their client yet. It’s now 3 days later and I’ve still had no contact, so I will no longer be making an offer on the property. It’s a shame for the seller, I beleive they already had an offer fall through which is why it’s back on the market, but having an agent this unprofessional is not going to get the desired outcome.

FacebookI was so pleased and grateful for the work and support I received from Pacitti Jones when selling my flat. In particular I'd like to thank Hazel Clark for all she did to complete the sale. A great service and one I'd be happy to recommend.

My husband and i had put in a bid for a lovely little bungalow which went to a closing date. We were confident our bid was fair. when we were called back by the estate agent we were told that our bid was the highest but that it hadn't been accepted due to the owner knowing someone in the street who knew someone who had offered slightly less..... I was of the understanding that all bids were secret bids . I now feel that myself and 5 other poor unsuspecting bidders have been used to up the sale value of the owners house.

FacebookWe have recently had the pleasure of using PJ services - Dougal Robson was very helpful, efficient, thoughtful, informative and patient with our many questions! We asked for advice on remortgaging and within hours he had many answers and after the Christmas holiday period, he sourced a good deal that was tailored exactly to our needs. We would highly recommend PJ and particularly Dougal.

FacebookHighly recommended. We couldn’t use PJ as solicitor due to conflict for a family sale, but Dougal was fantastic and gave clear simple and helpful advice. When we had an issue relating to another solicitor, Dougal helped out again. Just what you need for your first mortgage. He’s a credit to the company and has encouraged us to use Pacitti Jones for other legal matters and mortgage in future.

I would use Pacitti Jones again in the future. Thank you for an amazing service Dougal.

TrustpilotEXCELLENT LETTING AGENCY SUPPORT FROM JENNIFER @ PACITTI JONES!!
Our recently formed Ltd Company, was seeking our first buy-to-let property and received first class Letting Agency support from the outset, from Jennifer McMillan, Pacitti Jones Letting Manager.

FacebookCan’t recommend Dougal enough! I am a first time buyer and he made the whole mortgage process so easy and understandable for me. He offered me great advice and always responded quickly to any questions I had.
