GoogleVery professional and well maintained properties. We do alot of the electrical maintenance for Tomlinson's and they always make sure any electrical problems are fixed as soon as possible. Would highly recommend for any students looking for some exceptional student accommodation π β¦

GoogleAny highly complimentary review has been written by friends of the staff. Horrendous company who will try anything they can to falsely charge you extra. Awful service with long waits for anything to be repaired. We were without hot water for nearly a month after the hot water tank leaked through the roof and nothing was done to address this for three weeks. Never use them.

Great people to work with, efficient and effective, but most of all kind and considerate in their manner at all times. Feel confident leaving my portfolio in their hands, knowing they tick the boxes for us. Excellent...just wish they worked in other regions as well!!

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Letting from these people as a student, they didn't clean the property before moving, the wrong keys were provided. All maintenance requests take an age to get sorted then they try to hit you with fake charges. All around rude and dismissive on the phone, unhelpful and would urge students to avoid at all costs.
