GoogleI've had my rental property managed and let by Tomlinsons for about 3 years now. Brilliant service, I haven't really had to lift a finger in that time and I make more money from the investment than I did when I was managing it myself. Cannot recommend highly enough.

GoogleI went to view a lovely semi detached student house and the service that was provided by Tomlinson estates was fantastic. They drove us to the house and back and gave a great viewing and answered all our questions superbly. I would highly recommend using them if your are a student in Nottingham

GoogleTreated my friend horrendously at the end of his tenancy by charging excessively for cleaning costs. Avoid at all costs. I have rented student properties in Notts over the last few years and I would recommend trying every single other one before these cowboys.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GooglePretty poor all round really. Deduct monies from deposits and cite minor faults as good reason. Have been renting student accommodation for four years and NEVER had any issue getting deposits back. Suspect that this is their mode of operation to maximise profits. Very poor experience.

GoogleMy daughter's house was dangerous, unsanitary, and not as advertised. All you need to know as a parent of a student, is they have a policy refuse to talk to you and will only talk to the students.
