GoogleI recently completed a house purchase and found that the team at Quarters demonstrated excellent practices throughout the process, with open and accurate information. They were diligent in pursuing other parties and liaising with solicitors at necessary points when requested. I appreciated how helpful they showed themselves to be from the point of my making the offer(s) to the sellers, right through to organising the more mundane matters of follow-up visits and even helping to coordinate some minor checks on some room space measurements, and they kept me informed well on the completion day itself with regards to getting the keys and timings. Overall I found that Quarters were really professional and a team I felt throughout the journey that I could trust; they were alert to the best interests of both their seller & myself as the buyer, and the entire process largely went really smoothly. If in years to come I choose to sell my home, from the experience I had I would say that Quarters have earned the position of being the local selling agent that I'd talk to first.

GoogleEvery member of staff we came into contact with was professional, polite and courteous. They were always happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. They were involved with every step of the chain and were so organised. I would definitely use them again and would 100% recommend their services. I cannot praise Quarters enough. GoogleExcellent state agent. Very prompt and friendly staff/service, open 7 days a week also which I feel is exceptional compared to others in the area. Every colleague has been happy to help even if not assigned to my file , but Graham in particular has been super helpful throughout my whole mortgage process being a liaison and even a problem solver at times lol. He really has helped to ensure a smooth process from start to finish

GoogleDo not expect to sell your property quickly through these clowns they drag their heels and cause unnecessary delays due to a complete lack of communication. Terrible sales progression. Ignore enquiries from agents of buyers, their own customers and are generally obstructive. Must have too much money as they can’t be bothered to manage their sales through to completion.

GoogleI was recommended Quarters by a neighbour and I am very glad I chose them. They were worth every penny and I never thought I'd say this about estate agents, but it was excellent value for money. Gavin the owner did the initial visit and explained everything to me. The pandemic brought its own challenges, but Quarters got me the price I wanted and supported me every step of the way. All their staff are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and human - a fantastic team. Communication is excellent throughout the whole process. The video tour is very professional - some agents just piece together some stills into a slideshow and add music, but Quarters do a proper walk-around video tour. This is excellent at showcasing the house, but also for satisfying the curiosity of those who might just be browsing and haven't sold yet and reduces the number of visits that would never have made it to offer as it just didn't suit them. Once the sale was agreed, Quarters were incredibly helpful at keeping the momentum going to get it over the line - chasing solicitors, keeping my buyers happy and informed. As the vendor, they're working for me, but keeping the buyers happy until completion is very important to make sure everything goes smoothly... and it did, I'm in my new house at last, thanks to Quarters.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe first came across Quarters when we purchased our property 6 years ago. As a purchaser the whole process was efficient, smooth and Quarters kept us well informed throughout. We have recently sold our property and decided to market with them based on our previous positive experience. Very happy we did, as a first-time seller the process was again very smooth and no matter who you speak to in the office, everyone is very friendly and helpful. We would 100% recommend.

I wish all estate agents were like this! great customer service from all people in the office. Everyone is will to help you. Genuinely, a great business which is refreshing to experience! I’ve used them twice now and just a shame they don’t have an office in the location I’m moving to!

GoogleWe've just bought a house through Quarters and they have been absolutely brilliant. From showing us around the property they were lovely and not pushy at all (unlike most Estate Agents!) and considering we were the buyers so their loyalty wasn't towards us, they communicated brilliantly and kept on top of liaising with Solicitors and really helped to get the exchange completed as soon as was possible. All the team were aware of our purchase so we didn't need to explain anything every time we rung and Emma ensured everything went smoothly. We really wished we'd used Quarters to sell our house and would thoroughly recommend them; easily the best Estate Agent in Leighton Buzzard

GoogleWe were very impressed with Quarters marketing skills which eventually sold our quirky home. Video skills were particularly great as it is an actual video and not just a photo scroll.
