GoogleWe cannot recommend Gavin and his team at Quarters highly enough as they all really went the extra mile to ensure that our house sale completed. As we have said everyone has been great but a special thankyou to Graham who literally went above and beyond ensuring that we were always kept fully in the loop at all times. GoogleCouldn't fault Graham and the team at Quarters. After quite a lengthy sale with a few complications along the way (no fault of Quarters), we finally got the sale over the line. The communication from Graham and the team was excellent, always keeping me informed of any progress or issues but also talking me through the times when there were hurdles. I can't thank them enough for their support and professionalism.

GoogleQuarters were fantastic with our house sale, making the process very easy from start to finish. Clover did a great job with the marketing, whilst Emma kept us fully informed of progress throughout. The end result was a quick sale at above asking price, so we couldn't really ask for more!

GoogleReceived verbal abuse from employees when I asked them not to park illegal Gave them my details saw a few properties that would match what I wanted on their website but never got a call. The below reply from the owner seems to imply it was my fault for not giving them correct details, I did check details with the agent twice, suggest they were unable to read their own handwriting when they put the data into the file. Also following the owners reply I'm disappointed he assumed I had not reached out I went down in person and asked for him to contact me left my number. No call and it's been over a month since I reached out to them over a year ago Staff are obviously unprofessional and a mockery to their profession. And publish lies on Google in hopes to cover up their rude and unprofessional behaviour. I highly suspect the five star reviews are all fake

We work very hard for our reputation and have maintained being the biggest selling agency in the area for the last 6 years. So I would very much like to be able to check we had the correct contact details on file as I fear this may have been the cause for the lack of your contact. In reference to the parking I would also like more information if possible. I apologise for you having not been contacted whilst on our mailing list and hope to hear from you soon. I once again apologise that you did not recieve property particulars whether it be a user or system fault. I hope you can understand they we are not perfect and mistakes can happen. We can only try our best to improve from the contructive feedback we recieve from clients such as yourself. In reference to the parking I am pleased you have uploaded the photos as neither of the cars in the photos are owned by anyone that work for the company. The double yellow lines you refer to are located on private land and enforced by our Landlord and not the local authorities. Because of this our parking area constantly has cars parking here that are not permitted. The double yellow lines are there to keep the area clear for loading to the retail premises on Ropa Court.

GoogleQuarters marketing my home in Leighton Buzzard late 2023 and was one of three to be chosen by Move+ when I was buying a new build. The friendliest, most professional and nicest by a mile. Graham, Jamie, Emma and Clover are all so personable, approachable and obliging. They all put so much time and effort into marketing my house and it paid off. An independent, family run business which deserves to be marketing your house if you're selling. Coming from a family business background myself, I know how important the sale was to them and I'm really pleased the sale of property came through them.

GoogleWe recently purchased our new home through Quarters. We found Emma and the team incredibly helpful, supportive and gave great advice during the process. Emma communicated well with the sellers, solicitors and our estate agent and kept us calm when it got a little stressful. Highly recommend.
