GoogleThis is the second time I have used Quarters now. I have been very happy both times with their speedy, efficient service! I would happily use them again and again. Great people and great service. They were all good but Jamie and Emma were excellent! I totally recommend them.

GoogleWhat a fantastic team! a very pleasant experience from start to end, very professional, kind, friendly and organised people. I was always well informed about each stage of the sale of my house. A huge thank you to Graham Cort for helping with my purchase too, it was quite a challenge at times. He was always there for me, exceptional service, I can't thank him enough. Couldn't wish for a better service.

GoogleI had the pleasure of purchasing my new property as well as selling my property with Quarters. I mainly dealt with Graham but can honestly say that the whole team were so helpful despite my purchase and sale being quite testing at times. GoogleI am very happy to share my positive experience of Quarters as my agents in the recent sale of my house. Throughout the last eight months the staff at the agency worked as a team. No matter who I spoke to they could all access the latest updates and information as they kept me well informed with feedback after each viewing and later as to the progress of the sale. In the end the exchange was enacted through the perseverance and tenacity of the staff, particularly Graham, who had to push very hard in order to get the online solicitor at the bottom of the chain to move towards finalising the exchange. I am extremely grateful to all of the staff at Quarters for their hard work and professionalism and would recommend their services to anyone in the Leighton Buzzard area.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

They really get that the work begins at the point of sale. Their chase game was relentless and so impressive. It's no wonder they have build such a leading brand in the area. GoogleA big thank you to Graham and his colleagues at Quarters, who helped to sell my property in Leighton Buzzard this week. After failing to sell it previously, using a local competitor, Quarters managed to get it done from start to finish within 7 months. Graham and the rest of the team were always available when needed, professional throughout and I would highly recommend using them to anybody in the area.

Gavin and Mathew were excellent and the customer service didn't stop after they had sold my house, Graham chased up the sale right through to completion. GoogleI can't put into words how excellent the service I received from Quarters was but I'll try. Everything about the process (I was a buyer) was delayed at every turn by mortgage lenders, solicitors and other factors and I'm not sure that it would have got over the line had it not been for Graham and the team. They were persistent and determined to help me at every opportunity. When I was looking at various places the service I received was impeccable, helping me to envisage living in each property, learning my likes and dislikes and I was delighted when the chance to buy through them came up. I was dreading dealing with Estate Agents for the first time but I can safely say this is some of the best customer service I have ever received and I am normally a prickly customer. Thanks again guys.

GoogleChoosing Quarters was the best thing we did when it came to selling our home. An amazing team that has broken the mould and moved with the times. Their online marketing is spot on. Simple and clear with outstanding photos and videos. This is backed up by amazing customer service. They work as a team and someone was always available to assist and help us every step of the way. Their pricing was straight forward unlike other agents with complex add-ons, discounts, incentives etc. I believe the conveyancing process in England is outdated and unfit for purpose in today’s digital world and needs to change. Quarters have a fantastic sales progressor who helped get us through this by chasing solicitors, liaising with other agents and keeping things moving. (Agreeing a sale is the easy part, getting it through to completion is the stressful part.) We will not hesitate to recommend Quarters to anyone looking for an amazing estate agent.

Our purchase nearly fell through due to various delays and mortgage offer time limitations. As with all house purchases, it is a stressful process but Graham and his team were pretty supportive and patient with me whilst I grappled with the house buying process - even helping me to get access for my builder whilst the property was in the process of conveyancing and helping me find services and good quality tradespeople to help me do my new place up! Selling houses is pretty stressful but Quarters went above and beyond to make the process as seamless & as stress free as possible. The entire team are excellent but in particular Gavin, Jamie & Graham were fantastic. After we accepted an offer Graham looked after the whole chain very well. GoogleOur second experience using Quarters, this time as a seller as opposed to purchasing through them. They offered us a competitive rate along with fantastic service throughout the entire process. The photography skills and marketing generated us a high level of viewings and meant we were sold within a month of listing. Following this we were in a long and complicated chain and Quarters consistently pushed after the offer was accepted which took as much stress out of the after sales process as possible. They stepped in to chase solicitors when things slowed down and helped us get into our new home before a new arrival to our family. All of the staff at Quarters went above and beyond to answer any queries, replied in a timely fashion and were just good friendly people. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent and we will certainly return in the future if needed!

GoogleEven from the perspective of a buyer, as opposed to their client, the seller, Quarters were always very fair and reasonable to deal with. From the point of registration to completion on purchase they were very helpful and attentive. Everyone in the office would assist so in the event I phoned and couldn't immediately speak to the person I was dealing with I was always confident that my query would be discussed and if the information I needed wasn't available there and then there'd be a follow up phone call as soon as possible afterwards. I guess the highest recommendation I could give is were I to sell my property at any point in the future Quarters would be the first agent I would call. Thanks to Graham and the team.
