Although the buying process took much longer than expected (through no fault of Quarters), the team were excellent at communicating and keeping us updated throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quarters and would consider using them when we eventually come to sell.

I can’t really put into word what I want to say but I will try.. the quarters family have been amazing from the beginning. I say family as their approach to sales is so refreshing and non sales like that you completely forget that they are a business and view them more as a very knowledgeable friend throughout a very stressful process. All estate agents tend to use the same platforms to advertise houses for sale but for me, where I found Quarters incredibly valuable, was after the offer was accepted on both ends and during the actual sale. They were always at the end of the phone and for me that is so important because I’m someone that really needs the reassurance. They updated me during every step of the way and during the last part of the process they really helped us drive things through quickly which resulted in us completing a little bit earlier than we expected. Every single person that works for the Quarters family were so incredible, from the people that showed us around, the ones that helped clear our house for the best photos, to handholding throughout the process, I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Finally , I have to give a big shout out to Emma , she was always my go to for advice, thank you so much for supporting us with all of this. You guys are all amazing and what a fab business you are running. Don’t just take advice of someone like me, have a drive round the local area and you’ll see that every single house that you drive-by is being sold by Quarters. The other super helpful part of using them is the fact that they have such great relationships with local solicitors and they work all as a team and the communication is fab. 100% recommend x

I do not normally take any notice of postal flyers, and although we weren’t looking to move, the one from Quarters arrived just as we were curious to know how much our home was worth. Gavin came round and there was no hard sell, just a promise that if we did decide to move in the future, Quarters would look after us. It was many months later that we found the perfect house and we are glad that we had spoken to Gavin as we felt confident that we would get all the help and guidance we needed to progress a sale. It was a very slow process getting to final completion, but throughout we were helped by Graham and his team and were always kept informed when there were delays along the way. I don’t give recommendations as a matter of principle but if I had to go through the process again I would certainly make Quarters my first point of call.

e recently used this estate agent for our house move and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the whole team was absolutely excellent. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable everyone was. Moving house can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. They were always quick to respond, kept us well informed at every stage, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend Quarters more. As first time sellers, they have been so helpful, honest and informative. Jamie and Emma were both fantastic. The photos were amazing and it was felt our home was actually reflected really well in the listing. Quarters helped me sell my house last year, and the service was fantastic from beginning to end. 1. I dealt with just one person (except on vacation), Emma, who was awesome and this meant i had personal and efficient service. 2. They gave me excellent advice, talked through options, and actually helped me put emotions aside and focus on the business aspect. 3. Their fees and charges were excellent and clearly explained in advance - no hidden surprises. 4. They sold my house! Seriously though, i felt i got an excellent price, and had very reasonable negotiations, through Quarters, with the potential buyers. 5. Communications were excellent and appropriate - phone calls at my convenience followed up with pertinent mails - very unobtrusive but effective. 6. Excellent knowledge of the local market and trends! Graham and team are the best estate agents around. They are realistic with you on price, get qualified buyers through the door to your property as quickly and possible and ultimately, are always on point to contact. What is unique is that you can call anyone in the office and they will know what’s going on with your sale / purchase and if on the off chance they don’t, they’ll find out and call you back ASAP. A rare find, given other frustrating experiences I’ve had in the past. It’s not surprising they are the most popular estate agent locally - you’d be wasting your time with anyone else.

Jamie helped coordinate a survey of the flat before I exchanged with the vendors, which proved a worthwhile expense as it gave me more information on the place I was buying.
