GoogleI bought a house last August that was advertised for sale by Quarters. They definitely made the purchasing process as pain-free as possible. Communicating with Quarters was easy and efficient. From a buyers perspective they offered top notch customer service. If I was contemplating selling my house Quarters would probably be my first option for an estate agent.

GoogleI gave two starts, both are for Rebecca who showed us around a house being sold by Quarters. Would give her the 5 she deserves but unfortunately Quarters professionalism stopped at her. Graham, in particular was rude, accusatory and also lied to Solisitors about our purchase through them. I refused to liaise with him and passed on any correspondents from him to my Solisitors. My Solisitors then refused to speak with him after an encounter via email and even the vendors Solisitors had no good words about him. Our vendors, who we are still in contact with, also gave a bad verbal review of him to us. To see their sale boards around town genuinely makes me cringe.

GoogleHaving put in an offer for a house which was accepted, after seven weeks having paid for solicitors conveyancing and searches the Estate agent took took another higher offer which the owners excepted. Basically we were gazumped at the cost to us of approximately £1000 with no real apology and the reason given to us was flimsy and not fact based. In essence we would not recommend this company as we believe them to be unethical.NegativeProfessionalism

We appreciated that someone was always available to discuss any questions that we had. GoogleWe have just moved into a house that was sold by Quarters, and I couldn't recommend them enough. Despite not technically being our estate agents, they were just incredible with us, going above and beyond what any regular employee would do. Graham in particular was pivotal in getting the long chain of (difficult) solicitors communicating and single-handedly pushed everything forward. I dread to think how bad it would have been without him! He was in constant contact with me, offering his advice and knowledge and was kind and calm throughout. To say they have been extremely professional would be an understatement to be totally honest. GoogleWe sold our house last week and must say what a fantastic team there is at Quarters. The initial visit was professional without being pushy. The marketing was done well with different ideas from the previous agent including choice of photos and video tour. They always listened to things we wanted / didn't want. Towards the end when the sale seemed to be stalling they responded to our repeated calls with patience and made every effort to make sure the sale was completed.

The total experience was excellent ,from Gavin coming out to value and produce the video and pictures through the office team and the staff who conducted the property visits. FacebookI have recently used Quarters Estate agents, i can highly recommend their services, in the time it took to sell my coach house i probably had communication from all of the team!, every member of Quarters were professional and extremely approachable. Their customer service was excellent where all details were communicated either by email or phone calls in a timely and courteous manner. If you are buying or selling please give the local team a shout - they do take the stress out of moving!!
