Staff were accommodating, but the new-build property I just received isn’t up to the best standard, in my opinion, requiring repairs before I have even moved in with chipped walls, windowsill seals coming away, chips in the bathroom sink and the skirting boards on the outside landing are also coming away.

6 months of living in a studio, Jigsaw Homes, Chester area. Promised a cooker , nope! My place has been empty for a while, however, I still needed to do some work on the place Has not been repainted, cleaned, wiping cobwebs off the walls etc., the list goes on. Complaints are not dealt with in the correct time, manner or efficiency.

I was offered affordable rates property with Jigsaw home. Katie wood was the housing officer who helped me with the move in. She was really great and she made sure everything was sorted before handed me the keys. I Love my new home and I can’t wait to make it my own with all the decorations ☺️

From making the application, signing the lease and getting the keys, Jigsaw have been absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. When me and my kids moved into our new home, it’s been the same 5* service, any snag I have raised with Jigsaw, it has been resolved without issue and quickly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Thank you Jigsaw for giving me and my kids a safe home.

I signed the lease & collected my keys for a one bedroom flat through Jigsaw on Friday. After finding it really hard to secure accommodation for 3 months, I am extremely grateful to Karen Wright, the Lettings & Tenancy Officer, for being extremely helpful through the whole process. Shirley Leddy, the co ordinator at the block, was really welcoming & guided me through the final paperwork.

I feel I was palmed off and told i wasn't being contacted because my phone details were incorrect. I was emailed with an excuse by someone (initials R.J) but offered no help or instruction on how to update my details. As in the past I feel a snippy, racist energy directed towards the white British man.

I emailed in January 2025 for a rent refund, several weeks passed no reply, I phoned spoke to rent officer Michelle, she didn't apologise that nobody had replied and said they had to email UC first to see if I owed any money to DWP. I explained that I owed money from previous years but am paying back on an agreed plan with DWP.

GoogleIf there was a option to give a 5 star minus ratting I would gladly give Jigsaw it . New boiler installed last year had it has been more problematic than the old one was .One month after it broke down it does it again and it's not an emergency . So I have no hot water or heating again.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
