Google"you are number 30 in the queue"... An hour later when you are 3rd in he queue, it just automatically hangs up on you. They need more staff to handle rent related calls instead of just getting you hung up on to thin out the numbers. Horrendous way to treat people

Jigsaw homes clearly don’t care about there tenants. The worst decision I ever made was moving into one of there new builds. The builders they hire anit even proper builders clearly! Had nothing but problems. Now I have to pay money out of my own pocket to fix an issue in my home which is THERE responsibility or should be. Literally states what’s your responsibility on the tenancy I’m not even gonna go in detail. So glad this will not be my forever home and I will eventually move again in the future. Had the worst experience ever no wonder I was rushed to move in this property. All they care about is the rent not there tenants. The trauma and anxiety it’s caused me as well all these problems which aren’t getting sorted it’s shocking.

442 days to repair a roof where the valley had completely collapsed .Jigsaw homes repairs office at its best. They know all about this leak and have done since it first being reported ,they have had videos showing how much water ingress when raining but the office staff at the leigh office just keep making excuses as why they did not get round to it prior to today. At least the roofing team know what they are doing.

Absolutely had enough of threatening letters, hundreds of calls from numerous numbers. My rent is paid directly from housing benefit the same date every month yet I'm still receiving countless of threatening letters that they are seeking possession of mine and my young daughters home through court. I've rang countless of times so they clearly know it gets paid every month . I get different answers from each person I've spoke to. My anxiety is through the roof with this going on 2 plus years of threatening letters that I now have hypertension and now have to be on life long medication!

Had some repairs booked in January they could only do half of the job and I was told someone would be out to finish the rest . Over a month later after hearing nothing I decided to chase it up, to be told that the repair had been signed off as completed 15 minutes after they left when it had not , I had several different people call me to apologise and and give me different excuses and someone was sent to finally complete the repair , only they didn’t complete it properly and it still looks a mess .

Reported a leak from upstairs into my kitchen and water running down my wall 2 plumbers have been out 1 to find leak and repair it,didn't bother just filled in a hole and said it's done,then a emergency plumber came at 730pm by then I was getting my kids ready for bed,and couldn't answer dr,I've gave up trying to get this repair done.absolute joke of a company.

Bought a new build as shared ownership and had nothing but trouble. From no drainage in the garden, missing concrete around windows, loose fittings everywhere, the area left in tatters for over 2 nearly 3 years now. They are very quick to dismiss repairs as after 12 months even structure work to the building they won't touch.Lodged complaint after complaint and it takes an extended amount of time to even hear back..I honestly regret buying my first home with them. Take my advice, look elsewhere.

TrustpilotTake your money but no customer care…. Disgusting company
I purchased a shared ownership property over 3 years ago. I reported issues with the property within a month of moving in and still waiting for the repairs to be completed. The repairs manager Nicola doesn’t return calls and hides behind emails even though I requested a call back. Absolutely disgusting service and no customer service whatsoever. Be careful to the evidence they supply when dealing with your complaint as it isn’t 100% genuine and they are just trying to riddle out of their mistakes. My advice is to seek legal advice and also speak with your local mp. Don’t let them get away with it take your complaint higher and keep fighting.

I'd to say a massive thank you to jigsaw and Karen from myself and my family.We was given a section 21 in August so me and my family after 8 years of being in the the house had to find somewhere new to live. After lots of bidding on property's we got a phone call from Karen saying would we like this new house on a brand new estate.Obviously I was over the moon and I got the keys last Thursday Karen constantly kept me in the loop and answering all my questions.So once again a big thank you for my family's forever home we love it.And Karen you need a pay rise.
