5 star service from start to finish. I was in desperate need of a new home. Alison was quick to make contact and has been both an emotional and of moral support from the very beginning. The move was swift and everything being digital made the process easy and stress free. I cannot express how fantastic Jigsaw and especially, Alison is. I will be forever grateful. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

I recently moved from temporary accommodation to my own tenancy all the staff at jigsaw have been amazing in helping me with it all,and supportive through the whole process with help around the property itself,to advice and and guidance and any relevant applications in helping me move in to my new home😁

The Company is employing extremely friendly and highly efficient members of staff.I have just experienced this today whilst dealing with Lauren Spencer.She was outstanding, in familiarising my wife and I with the functions and mechanics of renting a flat through Jigsaw Homes.Lauren made us at home immediately, with her calm and friendly efficiency, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.She is certainly a credit to Jigsaw Homes.

The help we have had with getting into our new house has been great I've had such nice people handle everything and getting setup has been stress free alot of work has been put in to the property we have received and it shows great quality and a great start for me and my family.

Well been told by email have passed this to repairs and garden grounds maintenance and still nothing the Fencing is down and every one can see in my garden I ha e sent email after email I have put a complaint in and still nothing got a reply on ere looking into but no email saying when some one is going to do this fencing

I cannot recommend jigsaw homes enough Michell Swanson was the lady that dealt with my tenancy and she was verry professional but understanding and considerate at the same time they worked in a verry timely manner had us in our home within two weeks I honestly couldn’t. Say better about jigsaw

GoogleI'd put 0 stars if I could. Staff speak to you like rubbish, lack of communication between staff. Takes this organisation 10 years to do 1 job. My son was severely injured from an emergency repair that needed doing but jigsaw failed to do it after me phoning up daily to stress the severity and concerns. This isn't the first time they have failed to complete an emergency repair. Luckily my entire house has cctv front and back that proves there incompetence and lies on reports subbmitted. Currently in the process of suing the company. You are not safe in the properties and are neglected by them. If Wigan Council workers spoke to you the way these staff members do then there would be disaplinary procedures but not with jigsaw. Inflexible and rude. The company mindset is one of zero empathy

After quite a long drawn out process of exchanging housing, we finally moved after a year.Katie was exceptionally good with dealing with our exchange once she had taken over. I found it so easy though that we did tenancy paperwork through email.

Declan and the team have been amazing from the start of the process to the handing over off keys, they kept me up to date through out regarding delays etc (new build).The whole process was so easy and plain sailing which made the experience quite pleasant and not stressful at all. Googleadvertising on right move properties that do not allow pets. According to uk law you are no longer allowed to blanket ban pets and have to consider them. they are breaking the law. they should no this, this is common knowledge, they are willfully doing the wrong thing.
