Dont trust a word they say. Was buying a house through them recently. Whilst showing me around the house, the agent answered several of my questions with, what I later found out to be, false information, just to push the sale through. I had to pull out of the sale due to this incorrect information and was obviously down over a thousand pounds in solicitor and survey fees. Worse still. When I pulled out of the sale and made my reasons clear, instead of apologising for feeding incorrect info, they instead chose to imply I was a liar. I feel sorry for the woman who's house I was due to buy as, like me, im sure she's down money all because these 'agents' can't be honest.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

When we decided to choose an Agent (a friend recommended) but sadly we soon realised communication was not existent we had to chase Then we decided to do our own research So met with Coulson James and immediately felt this is the agent but let’s get them round for advice then back to their office the Team were a TEAM and instructed them within two weeks and 6 viewings a deal was done After sale updates were excellent they stayed in touch with solicitors and the exchange was done in record timePositiveProfessionalism

My wife and I was buying a house through them recently. A survey i instructed later contradicted what the agent had told us and meant I had to pull out of the sale due to this incorrect information. We was obviously down over a thousand pounds in solicitor and survey fees. Worse still. When I pulled out of the sale and made my reasons clear and told them what their agent had told me, instead of apologising for feeding incorrect info, they instead chose to imply I was a liar. Classless. Just hope I never have to deal with them on any future purchase.
