GoogleCoulson James were instrumental in the purchase of our new house. I don't know what we would have done without Keith. In a fairly large chain he was so proactive with getting things moving forwards and making sure completion happened before anyone's mortgage offer expired. Great communication throughout the process. GoogleVery detailed and consisted approach to the house search. Our estate agent Roy had our best interest at heart and search for properties that met our criteria. Although we experienced a few setbacks, Roy remained confident and consistent. Ultimately, once we found a property, the reference process was quick and easy.

GoogleWhen searching for a property in Leigh-on-sea I registered with every estate agent that I could in order to find the right property for myself and my two small children. Coulson James went above and beyond to help me find the property of dreams (to rent). And it truely was! So gutted to be leaving Leigh-on-sea. I will be back and when I am the only estate agent I will be registering with will be Coulson James.
