We sold our UK rented property whist living in The Netherlands. Ellis kept us up to date on the whole process and helped us get the sale through as quickly as possible, communicating with our tenant, the solicitor and letting agency for us when needed. Even though we don’t live in the UK, everything went very smoothly thanks to Ellis and the team.

Having had varying experiences with estate agents over the past 14 years, buying and renting in different part of the country many times over, I can honestly say that renting from Coulson James has easily been the most stress free, fair and straight forward process I've experienced in a long time. Our current home is perfect for us. Thank you so much Roy!

If you are Buying or Selling your property in this area, you should ONLY USE Coulson James. I have moved many times in my lifetime and the STAFF, SERVICE AND PROFESSIONISM of Coulson James is undoubtedly the best you could wish for. From the valuation to completion I could not have asked for a better service. I was kept constantly up to date on all aspects of my sale and special thanks to Ross who made the whole process stress free. Moving home is always a tense time, but I can honestly say it was a pleasure to deal with this FAMILY RUN BUSINESS. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Coulson James to anyone. 10 out of 10. 👍🏼👍🏼

Coulson James dealt with the sale of the family home after the death of our parents. Sadly, the initial indication regarding achievable price and timescales did not prove accurate but it was not the estate agents who trashed the British economy shortly after the house went on the market… Although the process was slow with some false starts, buyers were found eventually and happily the matter proceeded to completion. We do not live locally and Coulson James were mindful of this and helpful throughout, recommending contractors for things like maintenance of the empty property. We felt confident leaving them to provide access for house clearance, taking meter readings etc. Ellis always responded to queries promptly, usually the same day. We can happily recommend Coulson James for anyone in the unhappy position of having to deal with an estate sale.
