GoogleTotally waste of time been waiting for 3 weeks never got call back from them and had to call them back more than 20 times about commercial property we interested cos of this people we have lost other shop now we left empty handed and the guy on phone was very rude. Instead of being nice to people who been waiting 3 weeks he was just rude and not professional. The worse agency I've come across
Metin/Suzi, Thank you both for your reviews and I am sorry to hear you have not been happy with the service provided by Coulson James, however I can't help but think your 1 star rating is solely off the back of not being successful candidates for a commercial premises we marketed to rent. From my understanding, you were both fully aware that the landlords of the commercial premises were away for two weeks annual leave and that an immediate answer would not be possible. When they returned, there were several interested parties and naturally this took some time to review, which again you were aware of, having made repeated calls to our office. As soon as we received their decision, you were telephoned and advised accordingly. We were far from impolite, as we take pride in our customer service and, in any event, there would have been no reason to be rude. The landlords decided to run with an alternative tenant, which I appreciate must have been disappointing, but you seem to have taken this personally. Again, I apologise if you feel this is unfair and we will of course keep you advised of anything similar that comes available. Finally, reviewing any company, based on a third party's decision is unjust, inaccurate and defamatory. May I suggest you consider this carefully before making judgement against someone's business in the future.

GoogleExceedingly impressed with all my dealings with Coulson James’ estate agents to date although it is still early days in the purchase process. The service they offer is friendly, professional, personal and refreshingly efficient. Ross has gone to a lot of trouble to help find the right property for my mother, mindful of the fact that she has been gazumped on several occasions previously whilst using another agent. My dealings with other team members have been equally positive - Mel and in the past when considering putting our own house on the market, Roy. I would not hesitate to recommend using them as agents and will be sure to do that if we eventually do decide to relocate ourselves.
