Disappointing Experience

We started renting a property with Coulson James in mid-November. Immediately it became clear the property was not habitable. There was no heating or workingdrainage, the toilet was black and unusable and there were bloody plasters, razor blades and condoms left in the property. It took two weeks for the heating and plumbing to be resolved after having to go into the office multiple times and sending multiple emails. We have spent a lot of time and our own money to fix the property but are still waiting on Coulson James to fix issues that have been raised more than once over the past 4 weeks

Ellis has been brilliant handling the sale of our house, he has contacted us throughout, making the whole process a breeze. More recently, Keith took over the sales progression side of things.
