Amazing service and product, it’s so easy it’s the way forward and saved me thousands

I would describe Sell My Home as Simple and Very Professional. I have sold a number of houses in the past through the normal high street agent, so using my first ever online agent I was sceptical to say the least, however from the first point of contact with Tom Hardcastle it became apparent very quickly that I should have done this ages ago. Tom and all the team from Sell My Home were without doubt professional, very knowledgeable and extremely customer focussed, far more so then my experiences in the past with high street agents. The online app was simple to use and the online presents on right move and Zoopla was brilliant. I received multiple offers within the first week and when I accepted an offer the support did not end there, Tom Hardcastle and his team continued to support all the way through from offer to completion. I will always recommend Sell My Home from now on. Amazing service and product, it’s so easy it’s the way forward and saved me thousands (15K).

I'd recommend SellMyHome without hesitation

The SellMyHome team were excellent from the beginning to the end of my house sale. I paid the up-front fee and added a couple of premium listing options to ensure my property was at the top of the local searches. Charlie, Katie, Harry and the team were extremely diligent throughout the process, with regular updates on the stats for the property during the 'sale' phase. I sold my property within three weeks of the initial listing. I took the completion management option after the sale, too, though I'd say if you're organised like me and are willing to push the process through yourself, completion management might not be the best option. I was quite sceptical at the thought of an online agent but - without hesitation - I'd recommend SellMyHome to anyone looking to sell their house quickly, reliably and efficiently via a dedicated team of experts - and you'll save yourself a fortune in the process.

Save money with a great company!

What a great company with a brilliant team of people! Katie was my initial contact who was very helpful and friendly, explaining what I would get for my money (which is a fraction of the price you would pay on the height street) and how they would work hard to sell my property, which brings me on to Robbie who done a grand job, calling me with regular updates, calling me straight back when I left a message and helping push the sale along with calls to the solicitors. Also the quality of the photos taken were very professional, this what I believe makes all the difference! Booking an appointment was a very easy online process with little information required to do so. All available appointments were clearly displayed on the site so no back and forth was required between myself, seller and agent. When I did have a call prior to the appointment, the team from Sellmyhome were very friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. Landlord also sent a message before the appointment which was helpful and added a personal touch.

I was initially sceptical about using…

I was initially sceptical about using Sellmyhome to sell my property as I was concerned that they may not be as good as the traditional high street estate agents. However, after reading many positive reviews online about this new approach to buying and selling property, coupled with the significantly lower costs, I decided to give it a go. The cost was the main factor in deciding to use Sellmyhome as I was selling a property valued in excess of £500,000. From initial contact, through getting my property ready to market, they were absolutely fabulous. The information provided helped me to market the property how I wanted, giving me complete control over marketing material and property showings. The way they structure their offering, with various enhancements, also allowed me to pick and choose precisely the level of support I wanted from them. They kept me fully up to date with feedback received from interested parties and I was able to view and accept/reject any offers online. The sales manager (Harry Hooper) called me every time he had information to provide and generally updated me on progress every week. I had a buyer who was involved in a particularly difficult chain and Harry patiently dealt with them (and me), by keeping the parties advised of progress all the way through the legal process to completion. By communicating with the two solicitors and other parties, Harry was able to nudge the sale along whenever he felt that things were progressing slower than they should be. Harry established positive relationships with both solicitors and knew exactly what was happening and communicated progress as necessary. I would have no hesitation in using Sellmyhome again. They were very professional and I highly recommend them. As pleasant an experience as selling a house can be!

Excellent communication, superbly efficient and highly professional.

Sellmyhome were efficient, professional, friendly and responsive (when compared to the traditional estate agent that we tried initially). We had zero viewings with the traditional agent/around 20 viewings with Sellmyhome - and a huge saving on agent fees too. The photography and marketing were exceptional. We also liked the online dashboard and booking system, which was so helpful and easy to use. However, Sellmyhome also offer excellent, personalised telephone support, with dedicated individuals who follow through from chasing up feedback on viewings, negotiating on price through to ensuring the sale progresses smoothly. Always pro-active. We can not fault anything about the service - excellent in every respect. Thank you Harry, Tom and the entire team.

Outstanding customer service! Give them a go!

Initially I was a little sceptical about using an online agent, however after reading the rave reviews on here I thought why not!? I wasn't disappointed and Sellmyhome have lived up to the expectation. From the initial callback from Harry after 30 seconds of filling in my details online through to Katie and her team assisting me with getting my property listing looking as good as it could and Charlie overseeing the viewing process and subsequent completion management, I cannot praise the outstanding customer service enough. We used Sellmyhome after unsuccessfully marketing our property through one of the high end High Street estate agent chains. From the start we were impressed with Sellmyhome, from the valuation to the high quality photographs, the interaction with all staff that we dealt with, the ease with which appointments were set up and the feedback, all aspects of the process far exceeded the service that we had received with the conventional estate agent. Great experience and saved thousands!

I decided to use Sellmyhome for the sale of my London 3 bed flat after being impressed with their service when going through them to arrange a viewing for a house I was interested in buying. The agent I dealt with was helpful and diligent in her follow up and I decided to take the chance and use Sellmyhome for our own house sale, which I thought was worth it given the extortionate amount high street agents would have charged. I was so glad I did as it saved me about 7,500 after the successful sale of our place. What's more, being in direct communication with viewers played a huge part in me getting the price we wanted for our place. I'm sure speaking to viewers about our place gave them greater confidence in the information about our place, bringing a more human element to the process. I had a very hands on service from the start, with Tom talking me through each stage of the set up process. I wrote my property description, using helpful guides from Sellmyhome and examples of other properties for sale in my area and prepared our house for the property photos. The online portal was very easy to use, we were about to set our availability easily and I made arrangements directly with viewers. It was a bit of work, but we'll worth the huge saving I made in agent fees. Our agent, Bianca was fantastic, following up with viewers for their feedback and giving me updates several times a week. Our house sale went through very quickly, in about 2 weeks and I think this was largely down to being in direct contact with viewers.It was also really useful being in direct contact with my eventual buyer, helping the legal process of the sale go relatvily smoothly.I recommended Sellmyhome to a friend of mine and he found a buyer in a few weeks after not being happy with the service he was getting from a high street agent.Basically, with a high street agent, you are paying thousands for them to write your property description and arrange viewings. Completely unjustifiable in my opinion.

Unbelievable Service and Professionalism.

I highly recommend the Sellmyhome service, clear communication with all parties and Robbie was incredibly professional at every stage even when things got difficult with the sale.Our sale was extremely difficult and a number of things went wrong, but my assigned sales manager (Robbie Hughes) who was with me through the sale process and went out of his way a number of times to get things done on time. When Robbie had a day off (well deserved) other members of the team stepped in, communicated well and did what was required as it happened. Any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly too.unlike tradional estate agents that go missing when things become challenging.The Sellmyhome business model and cost structure shows clearly the charges from traditional real estate agent business are extortionate for the service they provide.I highly recommend the Sellmyhome service, clear communication with all parties and they stepped up when things got difficult ....working with Robbie felt more like dealing with a mate than a voice at the end of the phone.Do not think twice use Sellmyhome .

The best agents around, Sellmyhome were hugely helpful and professional from start to finish. They managed to get me multiple viewings and multiple offers. Online agents are the way to go! Massive cost savings but no sacrifices. Professional, Competent & Respectful Estate Agents

At first, we were cautious about using an online estate agent to sell our home, but our fears were immediately put to rest when we spoke to the sales team. We can truely say that we have never dealt with such a professional, respectful and competent business. We spoke to several members of the team and they all were polite and highly competent.We were regularly updated on the sale of our home and we felt like we were their one and only clients. Harry was our contact in the team and we felt that nothing was too much for him to do for us. He was polite, friendly and always returned my calls with an honest answer. We can not recommend him highly enough. They sold our house for the full asking price within 3 days. The photographs they commissioned were stunning, the website gives clear instructions on what you as the client needs to do and if you get stuck, the team is more than happy to help.They even sent gorgeous fresh flowers through the post as a welcome gift, which was a wonderful gesture. Excellent company to deal with

Excellent company, from start to finish, I would recommend Sell My Home to anyone. Saved £3000 compared to local estate agents in my town !!! I had an immediate response to the ads on rightmove etc, followed by lots of viewings (30+) and I then sold the house twice at very close to the asking price....SMH goal is to sell your house at the price you want quickly...However, I found other online agents did NOT operate in the same way (other agents encouraged me to advertise at below the price I wanted to attract attention? I assumed they didn't really care about the price I achieved, and that they just wanted their selling fees and a quick sale...not so with SMHSales completion was also well managed by Harry.Just do it online, you don't need a business with a retail shop front to sell your house, and you don't need to pay silly fees either.Well done and many thanks :)

Great service and a successful …

Great service and a successful transaction. I was a little reticent about paying up front but from the start everything went to plan, Tom and the team kept us up to date with email and phone calls and we soon sold the house. When we started to have problems heading for exchange down the chain Robbie and his team were on the case and chased every problem down and again kept us informed on the situation and offered expert advice on timescales. They were able to access conveyancers down the chain which we could not have done, maintaining the pressure on those which were a bit tardy.Great job!

THE FUTURE IS SELLMYHOME

We decided to move at the start of the year looking for our dream home at so you can imagine the number of estate agents I've had to speak to when organising viewings and making offers... I do not know how people do it!However, these guys, Sellmyhome, where a cut above the rest! There was no comparison between the way we were dealt with and how well the team managed our offer and the chain involved for the purchase to go through. Polite, empathetic, understanding, patient, intelligent and knowledgable - not what I had come to expect of the estate agency world. We were concerned about arranging a viewing through an online estate agent due to previous negative experiences with other agents and platforms. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the team at Sellmyhome not only called us back but processed our request over the phone ensuring that they fully understood our position. We were shown around the house by the vendor who gave us answers to all our questions, an unexpected bonus, which gave us confidence to make an offer two hours later through the team at Sellmyhome. This was by no means a done deal due to the complexity of the chain and various external factors but the team stayed focus, kept us well informed and provided necessary solutions to every obstacle along the way. Saved lots of money & was very well supported throughout the process

I used SellMyHome based on a recommendation from a friend and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our experience with traditional estate agents has been very poor, so we thought we had little to lose. The customer service we received was impeccable. We ended up selling our property for considerably more than the traditional estate agents valued our property in the first place. We were assisted through the whole buy/sell process, with our account manager Robbie helping keep the momentum up with the various solicitors and other estate agents involved. There is a lot of work required to keep things ticking along! We'd recommend the 360 degree virtual tour option which we know was helpful to buyers and only fractionally more expensive.All in we saved tens of thousands in total, allowing us to put this money towards decorating our new place. SellMyHome provides assistance where we lack the expertise, and allows us to show our expertise by being the ones to show people around our home, which is what we know best. I have no doubt this is the future of selling your home.
