Great service and value

We used sellmyhome to sell our London 3 bed house and would certainly recommend. They gave sound advice from the start and fab photos which helped us get above asking price. The website was pretty straight forward to use to book appointments (I’d give 5+*s with just a few tweaks to the site but it’s definitely functional) But the particularly impressive service was Laura’s management of the completion of the sale. Unlike a high st estate agent, I could get hold of her whenever needed and she kept us, buyers and solicitors updated very regularly. And above all, a joy to work with. Highly Recommended

We used SellMyHome to sell our London flat and were really pleased with the complete service we received.Appointing SellMyHome was straightforward and painless with the terms of appointment etc all easy to read and understand.The quality of photography and the marketing materials produced were all excellent and we were invited to give our input on the appearance and content of the particulars.Booking and managing viewing appointments was very simple using the online calendar. An unexpected benefit of using such an online agent was the relatively few viewings that were required - rather than having dozens of disinterested people viewing the flat with a high street agent, we had a smaller number of viewings to manage and all of these people were well very engaged and interested having made a conscious decision to look at the property.Our agent would immediately follow up on each viewing to gather feedback for us immediately.Our agent was always communicative and quick to return calls and personally made sure that our sale went through as smoothly as possible.We initially chose SellMyHome for the obvious financial saving against using a high street agent, but in fact would not hesitate to recommend them on the quality of the service received.

We were impressed with how SellMyHome worked after we viewed a property through SellMyHome and decided to go with them to list the sale of our own home. You get a dedicated account manager who is your main point of contact and it was always fairly easy to get hold of them when needed and they provide great help and advice.I would recommend paying for the extra completion management package as it takes away some of the hassles of having to chase solicitors and again your account manager will be your contact for this. From start to finish SellMyHome made selling our home an easy and painless process and I would have no issues using them again.

The Way Forward

On Line Estate Agents are the direction to go and from my experience "SELLMYHOME" is leading the way.The customer service is first class. I knew I had chosen correctly when a professional photographer turned up to take the pics and not an office salesperson with a digital camera in his jacket pocket. I could easily follow the comments and interest from viewers on line. If I had any questions there was always someone to ask and if the individual was not there I always got a ring back.It took about four weeks to get a buyer, but in that time I had three offers, I cconsidered them good enough to recommend them to my neighbour, whose property had been on sale with the high street for 9 months and sold within three days with SMH.I seldom do reviews and surveys but I have no hesitation in doing this one.

Highly recommend them!

From the moment I submitted my details online, the process to advertise my property was quickly and efficiently handled. They are available 7 days a week and selling through this company allows you to have your home viewed at your convenience, including both Saturdays and Sundays. The team were professional, easy to communicate with and helpful with all our requests, including negotiating on our behalf with interested parties. We sold our home in 3 weeks from advertising and the best part- it cost a fraction of high street estate agents. Finally of all the other photos of our property, sell my homes pictures were by far the best quality. Highly recommend them.

I can truly say that I had an excellent…

I can truly say that I had an excellent service with the Sell my Home team and Bianca my day to day contact was really superb who provided a very friendly and very responsive service. I can certainly say the same for Tom and other members of the team. A buyer was found within 10 days just a little over the asking price and so I really don't think I have any reasons to complain. None of the delays in reaching completion were down to the agent but to do with the responsiveness of the buyer's solicitor's and the speed at which a mortgage provider's offer could be made. I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend their services hugely economising on costs. I realise this review sounds too good to be true but as they say "truth is stranger than fiction!"

Great outcome - "You" are the best person to sell your own home.

I started with Sellmyhome, but then also had to add a "High Street" agent at the insistence of the people we were buying from (with the High St agent only getting paid if the buyer came through them). Therefore, I was able to directly compare the two models. While the big brand may have brought in some potential buyers from London who otherwise would not have looked in our area 40 miles south of London, I think that almost everyone looks at Right Move, and so the big brand is not at all essential. But the real advantage of Sellmyhome, on top of the very efficient service and of course the much lower cost, was that I was able to do those viewings myself - and almost all the second viewings came through me / Sellmyhome, because the big brands generally use part-time staff to "show" homes, and they are of course nowhere near as familiar with your home as you are yourself, and therefore not as good at selling it. The only potential downside is that some buyers don't want to give any negative feedback directly to an owner, but that is where the Sellmyhome staff come in - they were very efficient at following up after viewings. And we saved thousands of pounds!! Why would you not?

Very friend, honest and hard working team

Very friendly, honest and hard working team at Sellmyhome. This was my first house sale so I was nervous about the process but I was put at ease when I spoke to the team right from the get-go. The photographs that they took of the property were excellent; the online platform is clear and easy to use. I felt in control of my viewings and never felt out of the loop in the sale process. When I spoke to the team, they didn't make me feel like I was just a person on a list to tick off; they really take the time to build rapport with you. Such a great service at such a reasonable price! Would definitely recommend them!

Great Service for a Great Price

We've just completed on a simultaneous sale and purchase and couldn't be happier with Sellmyhome. They delivered everything we expected of them and more, especially in chasing the rest of our chain to ensure that the transaction stayed on track. Their photographer took great photos and the booking system for viewings is really simple, helping you stay organised through the process. They also listed the property on both Rightmove and Zoopla, in contrast to local bricks and mortar agents who only would list on one. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and the price they are able to provide all these services for makes you question why anyone still uses traditional high street estate agents.

Great Experience with Sellmyhome!

I had an incredible experience with sellmyhome.co.uk and cannot fault them. After meeting with some local agencies and not being impressed with their valuations of over £50,000 apart (from so called experts) we did some additional research and found sellmyhome.co.uk - which I have to say lived up to the hype! From the first phone call I felt that the team were giving me sound advice and even more, they were honest - which is refreshing!! Their photos and floorplan were amazing and really helped our house stand out from the others on Rightmove and Zoopla. We had viewings within the first few days and offers by the second week! I cannot recommend sellmyhome enough and will definitely use them again!

I definitely would recommend!

At first I was really doubting having an online estate agent but I read many reviews beforehand (and many good ones about Sellmyhome) and decided to go for it. Brilliant Experience!

What a great experience this was from start to finish. From our first contact with Tom Crosthwaite through to completion with Robbie Hughes and all the other staff we had contact with in between. The whole process was very professional, courteous and caring and we were kept updated with what was happening every step of the way. Even received a lovely bunch of flowers from them as we suffered a bereavement during the course of the sale, which was such a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. Not to mention, the amount of money we saved by not using a high street estate agents. (In fact the saving has already gone towards our trip to Cancun next month, I will certainly raise a glass to you guys whilst we are on the beach).Would highly recommend these guys every day of the week, they know exactly what they are doing and will not hesitate to send others in their direction. Great and easy to use site!

We were are little nervous using an internet based estate agent for the first time but were persuaded after receiving an expensive quote from a local estate agent. We found our experience of selling straightforward and transparent. The best aspect being that as a vendor you are in touch right from the start with any prospective purchasers. This makes communication quick, and straightforward throughout the whole process. Added to that we felt that we could contact our account handler should we require any help or advise.Then of course there are the huge savings versus a traditional high street estate agent, in excess of £5'000 in our case. Best home sale experience thanks to Sell My Home

I have sold property in the past via the typical process of instructing an High Street Estate agent. I was never really satisfied with any of those agents and decided to try an alternative internet based agency. I spoke to a few online firms which gave me misleading and inaccurate information. I then found SellMyHome who, from the outset, were professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent in their communications with me. I made a nominal initial payment and elected to pay the balance of their very reasonable agency fee by direct debit. Throughout the sale process, a dedicated member of staff was available to take every phone call, answer every email, and provide me with help and advice. I could continue to write and sing their praises, but I will finally say if you are selling a property, try SellMyHome, you won't be disappointed! Sell my home has been fantastic from start to finish. Cannot recommend them enough. Robbie has gone above and beyond helping us throughout the whole process, always on the end of the phone or email. Poor Robbie had to deal with us a lot as our sale became very complicated, we had a lot of queries that he was able to answer and support us with ease. The end is nigh for conventional estate agents

We bought a house in Highgate, London N6 in February 2017 . SMH was the agent for the seller. The service provided by SMH was efficient, speedy and professional. The service was quite obviously better than any experience that I have had to date with a conventional estate agent, who would have charged a fee of 150 times as much (yes 150 times as much) for the service.It will take a few years for SMH to gain traction, but if I were a conventional estate agent right now, I would be shutting up shop and emigrating!!
