Clueless about the property, why not to use an online agent...They were adamant the property had parking, and then on the viewing confirmed there was no parking. A reply from SMH states parking is on top of the rent, yet this was not mentioned or stated anywhere…2 weeks later and it is still for sale, listed with secure parking. They also have a poor understanding of notice periods to tenants despite trying to sell a tenanted property. Communication was poor from the individual we dealt with as he was pestering myself and my partner despite us being in the same emails together. The viewer assigned by SMH.co.uk was unbelievably arrogant and his understanding of being a sales agent is questionable, it wouldn't encourage many people to offer through them. Warning to any vendors looking to instruct SMH.
So sorry you feel we fell short of our high standards in dealing with your viewing request. However on the matter of parking the property has secure parking available. It is not included in the price. As for the viewing agent who conducted the viewing for us on this occasion. I can only apologise that you feel he was unable to answer your questions about the property. However we did email you on the 7th September 2021 with the details you requested ie service charge ground rent and likely dates when vacant possession could be given, as the property is currently let. I feel I should point out that an above asking price offer has now been accepted on the property. Finally can I wish you every success in finding a home very soon.

Can't give less than 1 star! I was ignored for a property viewing, even though I called everyday to view this property. Very unprofessional! Or maybe, because I am Muslim.In reply to your reply!!Me and the current buyer of the property have the same right to have a chance to view the property and give you an offer.I'm sure your terms and conditions only says treat all the candidates equally, but actually you don't abide to your terms and condition.All my communications were ignored by sellmyhome and also have not been given a chance to view the property and give an offer higher than the current buyer. By your reply you're implying that I'm incapable of giving you higher offer???(The reader of the review knows what I mean.)
